[Fluttershy opens her scroll. She looks a little urgent and a tiny bit ashamed.]

Omigoodness, with all that's been going on, we forgot about this! The Princesses have been saved from Tartarus! Me, Fluttercruel, and some others went into Tartarus to rescue them, and with the help of a unicorn named Alicantor, we, um... made sure that the creature that was trying to attack them didn't hurt Princesses Celestia, Cadance, and Luna.

So, um... just so you know they're safe now.

[She kind of... sits there awkwardly for a couple seconds before rolling the scroll up.]

Yeah. Black coat, grey mane, green eyes, and freckles. Looked kinda cute, too.

There - weren't any physical descriptions of him that I recall. But he was certainly an alicorn, and it doesn't appear that the Elements can change that.

I suppose it could have been someone else... [He sounds doubtful though. Pollo's never gotten the impression that ordinary ponies would end up imprisoned in Tartarus.]

...Well, he was wearing a cape, but given what was said already, We're starting to think that he was a liar.

He at least knows who Alicantor is. If there's a way to get back into Tartarus and find him safely, we can question him about this all.

That might be worth another trip! And he'd likely be in the same area, if he's a prisoner...I've never been down there, but it doesn't sound like they get to just walk around.

When I was in Tartarus back in my Equestria, it was just a giant free-for-all with the things in there clawing and trying to tear me apart. I had to fight my way out.

[Fluttershy then takes over.]

But... um. Yes, another trip might be worth it. And given from what little we've seen and heard... there's... special prisons inside Tartarus that they're all locked up into?

When should we go back...?

O-oh, um -

[Pollo might not have been aware of Fluttercruel's having fought her way out of any Tartarus. But before he can formulate a proper response to that, Fluttershy takes over.]

Well. I...think it should wait until everything's cleaned up, at the very least. It'll be hard to gather a good group if half the town is still rebuilding their homes.

That sounds fine with us. We'll be glad to help with the rebuilding efforts, too.

Alright, that sounds good.

We'll have longer to plan for the next trip, at least, so hopefully it won't be too dangerous. I don't think he's going anywhere.

[Fluttershy nods.]

And maybe it'll be even safer with all the creatures, um, being locked up.

[At least she kind of hopes it'll be.]

With any luck. If he IS the historical Alicantor, he can probably shed a lot of light on this world's history of the Corruption! And even if he isn't, the naming might indicate that he's from the same general time period, so he still may know something.

It would be good to get information out of him... and see if he can, um, help us at all with Calice...

I'm not sure he can, if he's still stuck down there. But it's worth a shot.

How did you find the door to Tartarus to begin with?

[shy_kindness]

We used to be able to find it easily when we were dead, but... it was in Bertie's house the last time it was found.

And it moves, right?

[Given that it wasn't at the Everfree at the time like they think it was supposed to be...]
