Exactly. There are countless universes out there, and each one has its own Netherworld. Most of them aren't important, though. Specks of dust on the cosmic scale.

Hmph. None, really -- but in general terms, only a dozen or so Netherworlds at best have Overlords that can even put themselves one tier below me.
