[No one has seen Dame Rarity since the fight and her supposed defeat by Zetta's hooves. She was well aware that the truth has come out since then and yet... Rarity cannot bring herself to leave Zetta's castle just yet. So, she's been hiding.

Until now.

It seems a certain scroll of hers has taken initiative and decided to end her little sabbatical and broadcast what a certain knight is working on. Rarity can be seen with her back to the scroll, holding aloft several bolts of various fabrics. Currently she has a black one unraveled and is examining the quality of the fabric. On the wall near her is a skirt pattern. A mini skirt pattern of all things sized up for a taller mare. Who knows why that might be.

Eventually Rarity starts humming softly a she finally selects a fabric and begins measuring out the yardage she needs and cutting. By the time she's laying out the fabric, her scroll decides it's time to roll itself up and leaving her completely unaware that it had been open in the first place. ]

Hey Rarity, whatcha doin'?

[Rainbow has no discretion, of course, even as she means well.]

[And just like that Rarity jumps and the scissors she had been holding dropped along with the fabric she had been cutting.]

[She glances around for a few moments before spotting her scroll and sighing.]

...Please, don't startle me like that darling. It's bad for the creative mind.

Hey, you were the one who was showing off your work to everypony, don't blame me.

[That was definitely news to her. She sighs slightly and picks up what she was working on and sets it aside. Perhaps a break was in order.]

Sorry Rainbow, it's been... stressful as of late.

Yeah. You've been quiet ever since.... [She waves a hoof vaguely, indicating all of everything.] You doing okay? You didn't get hurt during it all, did you?

I'm doing fine.

[More or less.]

No, I was not hurt. Actually, my stay here was rather pleasant during everything that happened.

[After a moment, Rainbow's mind catches up, and she grins wickedly.]

[Just like that Rarity freezes slightly.]

[Rarity suddenly becomes very interested in her choices of fabrics.]

I suggest you derail that line of thought right there Rainbow Dash. Zetta is arrogant, egotistical, self-centered and keeps on insisting he is evil.

[Even though she IS convinced he really is a decent pony, can be rather thoughtful and charming and very romantic when he wishes to be.]

[Rainbow waves a hoof dismissively.] Like nopony's ever thought that about ME before. Or at least the first three.

[Rainbow did have a point....]

....You have not threatened to take over Equestria on multiple occasions.

[She finally sets down the fabric.]

Lets.... just say its complicated and leave it at that.

[That isn't going to reassure Rainbow Dash, because she's pretty sure that no Rarity wants a simple, drama-free relationship. Still...]

Okay, you don't have to give me details, but good complicated or bad complicated?

[She hesitates for a moment or two.]

...I am thinking 'good' complicated.

[Hopefully.]

Okay. That's what's important. So long as we're not having another Prince Blueblood incident on our hands. I don't think Equestria can handle the anger that you'd put out. A Rarity without awesome battle magic was scary enough.

Oh I doubt we would have to worry about that. If Zetta ends up being another Blueblood, Overlord or not, he would not survive my wrath.

But so far, he has... been rather sincere about his interests.

[And Rarity simply does not want to admit that she may be interested just as much in him.]

You know the rest of us girls have got your back for anything you need it for. Just keep that in mind in case you need it, okay? Stuff like this is tough.

...I know Rainbow Dash and I really do appreciate the support of my friends.

And hey, a couple of us even know a thing or two about this sort of thing now? That's gotta help!

Hey, what do you mean by that? Twilight has a coltfriend and they seem happy. Probably a more normal relationship than YOURS right now!

[As much as she does adore Twilight, the thought of her in any form of a 'normal' relationship does seem a little off.]

With Twilight or really any of us involved, how can it be a 'normal' relationship.

[She's just not going to touch how it may be more normal than say... hers.]
