21 Cupcakes: A Warning to the People [radio broadcast]
[This broadcast goes out over not over the scroll network, but the local radio station. Officially, Discord may have moved into Cecil's place, but he's not here, so Pinkie Pie is gonna do what Pinkie Pie's gonna do.]
Gooooooood morning, Ponyville!
Now, I know we've all seen what's going down up in Canterlot, so I'm just gonna get straight to the point: Looooooord Tirek! Yeah, from what I've heard, he's some old guy from down in Tartarus that the Princesses beat up a while back, but now he's out and he's looking for a fight! So here's what's happening!
Everyone who can't fight him, or maybe doesn't want to, or whatever - go down through the mines to the Diamond Dog city! I bet they've got tunnels going LOTS of places, so let them send you wherever they think is safest! They know that place a lot better than ME! Everyone else, Tirek's coming in from Canterlot, so if you're gonna set up defenses you might wanna do it towards the northeast! I wouldn't worry too much about the train tracks, I don't think he's taking them. He probably can't even fit in the cars! It'd be pretty funny to watch him try though, right? Oh oh, and also he eats magic! So don't throw a ton of magic at him all at once, because he'll probably just suck it up through a big straw and get EVEN MORE STRONG!
If you wanna talk about what you're gonna do, just don't use the public scrolls! He took one from the Princesses, so you gotta lock it away from them! Oh and um. Just a second!
...yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah. I think that might've been Yu getting caught. Sorry, everybody. So uh, if we don't hear from him again, maybe lock it from his scroll too! Don't worry though, he'll be fine! He's super tough! We're thinking about you, Yu!
Also you can call in to the radio station if you want - this signal doesn't reach all the way to Canterlot, and anyway I don't think Tirek's carrying a radio around, THAT'D be weird, so I'll let everyone else know what you have to say! Make sure you take some portable radios with you, evacuees, and Pinkie Pie'll be with you all the way!
