And thus, the intrepid Pinkie Pie took continued steps forward. She stepped forward -- [click] -- and stepped on a trap. Pinkie Pie took 2 points of damage from the falling washbin trap.

[The camera swung around as Pinkie continued to delve into the dungeon beneath Canterlot, holding the parchment out like a first person view.] Moving closer and closer, she came upon a switch. She pressed the switch. She heard a faint grinding noise from somewhere. A door has opened.

Pinkie Pie has turned around. She found a secret entrance going down further into the dungeon. Down down down she goes, where she stops nopony knows. She steps on a switch. Water soaks her mane. She gets the debuff icy hoovies.

Moving further, she encounters... a slime! Select battle music!

Pinkie Deals 5 damage to the slime!
The Slime deals 1 damage to Pinkie Pie!

Pinkie finds a locked door. Pinkie cannot go further. Pinkie goes down a corridor. Pinkie Pie also finds a small chest. Pinkie opens the chest and loots a small key. Pinkie pronks back to the door and opens it up.

Pinkie enters the room.
The door shuts behind Pinkie, and bars slam into place.

Loading Battle Music now. Track 3 Loaded: Decisive Battle.

A Skeleton Manticore appears!
Pinkie charges the opponent! She deals 15 points of damage.
The Skeleton Manticore hits back for 12 points of damage.
Pinkie uses Roll Out!
The Skeleton Manticore dodges.

[Changing back to normal mode, Pinkie Pie waited by the entry point, tapping her hooves in a rhythm.]

*And a few seconds later and some offscreen telep-er, demon magic later, there is a batpony right in her blind spot.*

Then I guess we shouldn't try to stay still.

*Alastor joined the party!*

Floor 3

Pinkie moves down the corridor. She steps on a trap. Pinkie Pie takes 2 damage from a water balloon.

Alastor flies down the corridor and avoids the water trap. His wings clip a torch and set off a trap. Alastor now has the debuff teary eyes from soot.

The traps are pretty amusing for the most part. They're mostly harmless right now.

Pinkie Pie pronks down the hallway, and stops at the door, nudging it open.

Alastor flies to the door and perks his ears up. His eyes are still bleary from the soot, so he can't see through the door well. Alastor borrows mechanics from another RPG and makes a listen check!

Listen check reveals that there isn't anything behind the door that'll harm them upon opening it, and Pinkie nudges it open. Inside is a couple of bats however!

[Enemies x2 Vampire Bats]
Pinkie attacks Bat A. She deals 15 points of damage!

"Bats...figures."

Alastor draws his sword. He throws it and barely hits Bat A. He deals 20 points of damage! Alastor has shaken off teary eyes.

Bat A uses Drain on Pinkie Pie
Pinkie Pie flails around, drained for 10 points of HP!
"Get it off, get it off!"

Alastor uses a weak lightning spell on Bat A. Bat A takes 1 point of damage!

Pinkie Pie used Hoof Smack on Bat A. She deals 15 points of damage. Bat A is defeated!

Bat B uses Scratch on Alastor. Alastor takes 5 damage! Alastor's demonic healing restores 5 HP!

Alastor uses Ultraviolet Kick on Bat B. Bat B takes 50 damage! Bat B is defeated!
