I'm alive and alright now.

Sorry for worrying anyone and for crashing into Town Hall. I know I was completely reckless driving a vintage airplane under stress and lack of proper sleep.

I will help repair Town Hall to make up for the crash.

As for why I did that, I suppose I should explain myself.

Ever since I was first brought here, I've been kinda lost on what I'm supposed to do. Sure, I didn't have to deal with learning how to walk on four legs and how to fly with wings, but I've not been able to really use my special talents.

Back home, I'm a pilot and a mechanic. My specialty is airplanes, but I can work with computers and other devices. Basically technology that doesn't exist in Equestria.
I was told that bringing such technology like airplanes would cause too much chaos. Even though that would basically mean my special talent is useless here. And I know how important special talents are here.

At first, I tried pouring myself in research so I could find some answers on what brought us here as well as try to learn about trains. I wasn't able to really get any answers and while I could understand the mechanics of a train, it didn't feel the same. So I ended up forgetting about that.

Next I tried getting a job at the Weather Factory in Cloudsdale. I figured my skills as a mechanic would help me out, but they refused to take me seriously and refused me even after I took their test.

Sometime after I moved into the commune, I decided to try to make a working fake horn that could just lift things like unicorns can do. It would not only benefit those without a horn, but it would be a clue into understanding the science of unicorn magic. Despite my best efforts, I wasn't able to get it to work.

In December, when the fog from the TV World flooded Ponyville, I had to deal with my shadow again. When I accepted my shadow again, those feelings of uselessness disappeared temporary. Being able to fight shadows and heal others again let me be able to be something other than a victim for once. Even when I lost my ability to summon my persona again.

When the Changelings attacked, I thought I could help out against the invasion but I only ended up getting myself kidnapped and become a snack for them. I had to have my own best friend rescue my sorry flank.

After that, those feelings of uselessness came back in full force.
I then started getting stressed when I found out Valentines Day existed here. I rather not go into much details, but let's just say I have bad experience with the holiday, especially last year. I couldn't sleep and I kept trying to watch out for strange cupcakes or red strings or just anything out of the ordinary.

However, that wasn't what made me finally lose it.

What made me snap and pull that stunt was that post about the TV.

I fully admit that I felt jealous. I was under the wrong assumption that he somehow gained Princess Luna's permission to bring television to Equestria and I completely snapped. I figured if he could re-invent the TV, then I could re-invent the airplane.

[Indeed he remembers the dream unusually clearly. May or may not have something to do with his shadow or Luna's magic somehow. Who really knows?]

I don't really remember much after that, though I think I might have been singing while I was flying the plane but I'm not entirely sure. I don't recall the actual crash either. I've been in plenty of plane crashes, but this one is the worst I've ever been in.

So again, I apologize for my actions.





Donatello, Princess Luna said I will need to work with you as part of my "punishment". She wants me to prove that bringing airplanes to Equestria isn't too dangerous, and so that I don't crash again.

Also, I might need your help with something else. It's to do with fake memories. She said you could help me with that.
