6th Run: List [Wondrous Bolt Message] [main message open but replies switched to private by default]

[Cloudsdale and Ponyville's local speedster masked hero appears on the scrolls with a message for all. There is a wall behind him but it is blank.]

This is the Wondrous Bolt. I'm a masked hero who has been fighting crime in Cloudsdale for the past year.

After witnessing the events during Calice's last appearance I have one thing to say: we need to work together if we're going to stand a chance.

I can't say how powerful Calice is or if it is possible to fight her head on, but I do know that I'm not the only one here who wants to protect those who can't protect themselves. I know a few ponies are attempting to work together but let's be honest with ourselves, that last confrontation was overall sloppy. If we can get more organized, if we can work together as a larger team making the most of each individual's abilities, then I believe it will open up more opportunities for us to collect information on Calice. I also know that if we work together, we'll do a lot better keeping others safe.

Calice doesn't like it when ponies cooperate. She thinks friendship, even team cooperation, are useless. Let's prove her wrong. Let's make the best team we can. Enough trying to take Calice down alone or stroking egos. [Oh how hard that lesson had hit him in the past at home.]

To start, I'm reaching out to you all now for a role call. I'm creating a list we can all access with our abilities and whatever name you would like to go by. -It's up to you if you want to share your ID. Think of adding yourself to this list as an agreement to give this team idea a chance.

This invitation is extended to all. You don't have to be a masked hero like myself. You don't even have to be a fighter- we need all kinds of talents. There is more to saving the day than throwing punches.

[He looks a little sheepish or even pained as he adds a last message.]
Lastly, Magical Girls, I know you're out there. I know I'm a guy in a mask and maybe it's not cool to let me into the group, but please consider joining. This effort is for the greater good. We can't limit our allies to those of one kind of title or power any more.
[Okay, maybe he's been a little peeved knowing that the magical girls have been keeping all the other hero-types and would-be-helpers out of the loop.]

[ooc: tl;dr This is a call upon others to all work together and make an effort to become an organized force against Calice for the next fight/to support the information gathering effort. Just a willingness to help.]

Indeed. I'm mostly retired for the first part, but I'm always ready to fight if push comes to shove. Also I know how to coordinate a vast group of heroes at one time. Three Superhero Wars and Three Precure "wars" helped too.

That being said, we should see about planning around a direct confrontation. We've seen her strengths and a group of numerous fighters might be suited more to containment than direct assaults.

Don't get me wrong. This isn't an attempt to take Calice down now. We need more info- we need to find out her weaknesses. It's pretty obvious just punching her isn't going to work.

What this is? It's to make sure the next time she shows up we can last longer than we did last time. To get even more info so one day we can face her. Keep Ponyville from getting damaged left and right, take down those statue puppets faster- to be ready for other threats for that matter! Most importantly, it's to have each others backs out there.

I agree, we need to work together. It's clear at this point using powers alone won't beat her.

A while ago, I got this from the dungeon. It's an Evoker, a weapon that can be used to summon a persona.

So Tails uh... What exactly is a Persona? I overheard someponies talking about having them but I never asked. I was under the impression they were talking about other identities or something.

I am still a little new to these powers and fighting in general, but I'll do my best to help anyway I can.

Sure thing. Here, lemme write you a little history lesson first to explain Kamen Rider.

It started in the 1970s when a brilliant college student named Takeshi Hongo was kidnapped by a former Nazi group called Shocker. Modifying him and several others into "Kaijin" which are inhumanoid cyborgs modified with animal DNA, they tried to take over the world. Hongo escaped before the brainwashing could happen, and fought back as Kamen Rider 1.

Several generations of Kamen Rider followed, each with their own theme, powers and abilities. I was dubbed Kamen Rider by my friends, as the buckle I had was called Fourze; an armored space suit capable of generating warp drive on its own. Its main goal was to contact the Presenters, aliens who sent out Switches to gather information, and when the time came, the Core Child born from it would mature, and return to deep space to make first contact with the Presenters.

Fourze technically isn't a combat suit, but it's well equipped to deal with threats beyond normal opponents.

How many have you coordinated at once before?

I definitely agree with you about direct assaults. They don't seem to do much to her. I sorta... Well actually I literally did. I kicked her in the flank. All it did was make her more mad.

All that punching and kicking paid off more against her servants. Though... fighting her statues was rough. Did you get a look at them?

Counting myself and Echo, um, 39 or so? And that's not counting Super Sentai coordination during the Kamen Rider War when we had to evacuate downtown Shinjuku.

And yeah, we don't want to hit her directly. Not with everyone packed in there, she could depower the whole lot of us in a single swipe.

I got a good head on with one of them. Took me a while to take it out unpowered since she sapped my strength, but I managed it. It looked like one of the previous visitors, Hol Horse.

[He shakes his head.]

I'm not usually into collars.

Remember when that yellow fog showed up last year? Well there's these monsters called Shadows, which come from the minds of people. The only way to fight them is to use a persona and the way you get one is to accept your shadow. Personas are a part of you, a piece of your soul you can fight with.

Normally I can't summon mine without the fog being here, but this device lets me summon him whenever I need to. Provided I be careful with it as it's got a couple side-effects. There's a pegasus named Minato that knows more about these Evoker than me since they come from his world.

Want me to show up my persona or is that good enough for now?

[Luckily he's in an area outside where there's no chance of causing any panic, but if Wally doesn't want him to summon him, that's fine.]

Yeah I kinda am. [He grins.] That's what they call us at home.

I would hope it's clear to everyone here that no one individual of us can solve this mess alone. We'll have a way better chance of getting out of this with more helping hands and more minds thinking.

Honestly I'm new to the magical girl concept. I could only take wild guesses at the different types. So... are magical girls born with special powers?

Ha! S'different for all of us. But in short, no. An' s'not always an easy process, either.

Precures... That's a term for a type of magical girl, right? [Something like Ako judging by the Cure-Something title.]

Don't worry about being new, you'll learn. After this role call I'm going to try organizing training sessions. Then you can practice your moves and get used to working with the others here at the same time.

Oh yeah! I was in Cloudsdale when the yellow fog appeared so I didn't see it with my own eyes but there was plenty of talk about it afterwards. Now that mention what happened inside it sounds more like a dangerous neuro-gas than colored fog.

[Wally gives him a nod.] Let's see this persona you got out of it.

Do Pretty Cure have any healing powers? There's "cure" in the name and all.

You're lucky you missed that. Facing your own shadow is not easy to do and shadows themselves are very dangerous. There was two reported deaths, but both of them came back.

[He relaxes and gets into a fighting stance.]

[There's a sound of shattering glass. A moment later, a tall white kitsune in golden armor appears next to Tails. He's about as tall as Princess Luna.

The kitsune looks down at the scroll and waves a paw as if he's saying hello to Wally.]

Sounds like you'll do well helping us all coordinate here. I suggest you familiarize yourself with the contents of the list as we get more names and powers recorded. Get an early start on tactics ideas. [He smiles and attempts to give her a thumbs up but it's a quick hoof raise instead.]

The statue she sent after me resembled somepony I knew. I think she is aware of our relationships with one another. Who knows exactly how she knows.

[Coco shrugs. She still had a lot of learn herself.]

Uh maybe? I don't have any healing powers. ..At least not yet.
