I am assuming you all saw what just transpired.

There is no time to lose. We need defenses set up and the general populace evacuated somewhere safe. We shall also need whatever information we can on what that thing is and the best way to combat it. Until then, stay out of the main thoroughfares on the north side of town, towards Canterlot. It will be a dangerous place, and not because of that creature.

[The spell finishes casting, and a large glyph appears on the road for a moment before fading away. It's still there, but hidden.]

Let us deal with this quickly; I'd rather not have to deal with two threats for long.

It's an art that I've mastered since I was quite young. One skill I possess is to animate the inanimate. I doubt whatever the threat upon us is can be deterred by mere objects, but it would give us a tireless and disposable fighting force.

Ah. That could prove useful; providing distraction and minimizing casualties. I can enchant books to act as sentries, myself, but I have not seen it done with psychokinesis before. I may be interesting to watch.

Good. I am preparing modified danmaku glyphs at various locations long the route to Canterlot. Less bullets, but far more damaging. If you have a way to supplement them, by all means. I will not be turning down assistance.

Focusing on damage maybe the best idea. I don't have any experience with Tirek, but from what I've gathered, he's the brutish-type; not too smart, but capable of taking as much damage as he can deal. He can also drain magic from others to empower himself and he's already drained three of the native princesses.

Against those types, constant attacks from multiple directions may prove useful. If we cannot overpower him, we must outsmart him. Hit and run tactics, and avoid casualties.
