From the looks of it, it's roasted apples and carrots with some spices like nutmeg n' cinnamon, all in a cream base and dotted with brown butter.

I think if it's paired with a hot crusty bread to dip into it it'll be perfect, but I seriously wanna see what it's like first in a small batch. I mean, it sounds weird, but it's gotta be amazing when it's all put together in the right amounts.
