001 [Accidental Visual]

[It seems a new resident is in town, and she's not a pony - a small brown rabbit is seen hopping around, carrying what looks like a small blue school uniform with short sleeves. Through the scrolls it's obvious the view is from the ground, and the new bunny is hopping around a bit, taking in her surroundings.

The place seems peaceful, and she seems to be having a bit of trouble getting used to her new method of walking- er, hopping around. But what she's wondering most of all, is... is this just another trick Mayfield's playing on her? She's a little skeptical of it, but it looks far too vibrant, far too colorful to be that place. It really looks like something out of a fairy tale. So she's keeping her hopes up, at least.

Might want to let the poor dear know that her gateway to everyone else is lying on the ground, though.]

[It would be hard for some to notice the newcomer in town, given how small she was. Plus in a town full of ponies, a rabbit might be hard to spot if you weren't looking.

Luckily though, Fluttershy is sensitive to many of the non-pony creatures, and is able to spot the little brown bunny easily. She starts heading over, wondering if the poor rabbit was lost.

Seeing the scroll nearby though, she realizes that this might not be a native bunny...but that would probably leave it feeling even more lost.

So she clears her throat gently as she nears, hoping not to scare it.]

Um...excuse me...?

[Chiyo looks around for the voice, and eventually turns to see Fluttershy.] O-oh. Hello! [She's still a little wary of the place, but this pony seems pretty nice...]

[She smiles gently, wanting to show that she meant no harm.] Hello...my name is Fluttershy.

Did you...just arrive in Ponyville?

[It makes her feel more comfortable, at least. Maybe she was finally free from that place.] I-It's nice to meet you, Miss Fluttershy. I'm Chiyo Mihama. [And she... tries to bow a little in kindness. Not quite as easy while she's a bunny.]

U-um... is that what this place is called? [She motions towards the village.] I guess I'm new... this doesn't look like Mayfield...

[She smiles, returning the bow with a nod of her head. She had seen others do something like that while she was still in the Digital World, and it did make it seem like she was from another world.

The mention of Mayfield though had her attention. She had heard of that before.]

Ah...So you're familiar with other worlds too? [That makes this a little easier.]

Yes, this is Ponyville, one of the towns in the land of Equestria.

S-Sort of... Just one other than where I come from... It wasn't a very nice place though.

Equestria? This place looks really pretty! I've never seen anything like this... it's almost like a fairy tale from my childhood! [And that was enough to make her smile.]

Mm...some of the others around here had come from that place as well, and...that's what I've heard about it...

Well, Equestria isn't perfect... [Especially this one.] But it can be a very nice place...

[She might've tensed just a little at that phrase. Was that good or bad...? Because either one of her friends could be here, or one of the bad people... She decided it'd be better not to ask, and maybe find out later.]

No place is perfect! [Despite her saying it was like a fairy tale...] But as long as it's a nice place, I'm happier to be here! [She nods after she finishes, as if confirming that feeling.]

[She smiles gently.] I'm sure you'll like it here. At the very least, it's a good place to make friends...

Since you've just arrived, how about I show you around town?

I like making friends. [Particularly when they're the 'good' type of friend, and not the type that tries to kill you every so often.]

Oh, that'd be wonderful, thank you!

[Fluttershy smiles, gesturing ahead of them before starting off, making sure she's going slow enough so Chiyo can keep up.]

[She hops along beside Fluttershy, with a smile on her face still.] It's such a nice-looking place... [Most look so happy.]

Mm...it is pretty nice...Even where a lot of us were brought here from other worlds, it's not so bad. We've all gotten along pretty well...

I wonder how many other worlds there are... I've made friends from so many different ones before I even came here! It's amazing...

Goodness, I'm sure it'd be difficult to count them...I'd imagine there are as many worlds as...as there are stars in the sky...

You may be right! [So many different worlds...] Sometimes I've wondered what it'd be like to go to one of my friends' worlds...

Oh yes...! The idea is so exciting...! I've always wanted to see what another world was like...

Isn't it? I'd love to visit as many worlds as I could when I get a little older! [When she feels she could travel out on her own.] If I could ever find a way to...

[Fluttershy nodded in agreement.] Mm...! It would be so interesting to get to learn about other places...!

[And all its creatures, naturally.]

I think I was almost able to do it before...I never had a chance to try before I came here, though...

Yeah! [She hops up and down in excitement.] Maybe you'll get a chance again one day!

Mm...I hope so...

[They continue walking around a bit, with Fluttershy showing Chiyo notable places that would help during her stay in Ponyville.]

Oh, that reminds me...You'll need a place to stay, won't you?

[She tries her best to memorize where the places are, and seems to enjoy herself on the trip.]

Oh! Um... I guess so... [She hadn't even thought of that, actually. She was just automatically housed back in that place...]

If you'd like, you're welcome to stay with me...my house is full of all sorts of creatures, so a rabbit like yourself would fit right in...

All sorts of creatures? Wow... that sounds amazing! Oh... b-but I wouldn't want to burden you with being another resident if you already have so many...

Oh no, it would be quite all right. Taking care of all those animals is what we do, and we have plenty of help, so it wouldn't be any problem...
