[A huge orc is leaning against a table, checking it as he rests Doomhammer on his side.] How curious. This must be the "Equestria" I heard about a long time ago.

There are many others from Mayfield who have arrived. [And he gestured to many others who were milling around.]

"Nah. Wheat, eggs, sugar - y'know. Normal cake stuff."

At this, Hayate pauses and looks down at her outfit.

"...should I change into something simpler, you think?"

[nozomisitter]

"It looks fine to me," replied Rin. "If anything I'm underdressed."

[hattrickery]

Hayate hums thoughtfully, drumming her fingers against her arms.

"...I think I'll change anyway. Fashion can help heal the sting of my missing wings."

With that, she starts to strip, apparently intent on changing right now.

[nozomisitter]

!!! Rin blushed and turned around. "Shouldn't you dress somewhere else? In private?"

[hattrickery]

Hayate has already managed to strip down to her underwear by the time Rin asks her question.

"...why?"

Okay, shimmying into her favorite pink miniskirt now.

[nozomisitter]

"Well for public modesty sake!" She can't quite turn away, and is blushing up a storm. Granted Hayate liked to walk around the house in her underwear but still...!

If she weren't pulling on a white t-shirt right now Hayate would be head-tilting at you, Rin.

"Mod-es-ty...I've heard that word a few times, but nobody's ever explained it to me."

[nozomisitter]

"You're kidding. Oh lord you are not kidding..." Rin sighed. At least she was dressed. "In any case, it means not doing, that, changing in public."

[hattrickery]

Hayate does a little twirl and strikes a pose to show off her legs.

"Huh! Okay, I learned something new about humans!"

Grabbing Rin's hand in both of her own.

"Let's go celebrate with cake!"

Well who can argue with this girl? She was like Nozomi.

"All right, lets go get cake. What flavor?"

"Coconut!"

And heading out!

[nozomisitter]

"Well I have no arguments about coconut. Can it be chocolate and coconut though?"

[hattrickery]

Hayate pauses to consider.

"Hmm...chocolate cake with golden coconut frosting sound good?"

[nozomisitter]

"That sounds delicious. I'll go with that," replied Rin with a wide grin. "Sounds tasty too."

[hattrickery]

"Great!"

A slight pause as something occurs to Hayate.

"...man, I forgot how boring walking everywhere was. Hold on tight! Zoom!"

A blue glow surrounds the both of them as Hayate casts her teleport spell.

Not that it literally teleports them, mind; it just sends you flying through the air to a predetermined endpoint, so it's really more of a guided ballistic flight spell.

Anyway. Sugarcube Corner!

"WHAUGH!" Okay this was new. She was used to jumping but nothing like this. It was exciting and scary all at once as Rin held onto Hayate tightly, yelling both fear and delight as they zoomed to Sugarcube Corner.

And here they are, touching down lightly. Hayate stretches a little, bending backwards with both arms behind her.

"Man, it's been a while since I used that spell!"

[nozomisitter]

"And you use that all the time? That's nuts!" Exclaimed Rin as she stumbles to her feet. "Oh wow... I'm surprised I'm not sick from that!"

Even still, she took a moment to clear her lungs.

[hattrickery]

"Not all the time; I have to have physically been to a place before I can Zoom there, and while I was still a pegasus before all this happened I just flew places normally. Still! It's pretty handy, don't you think?"

[nozomisitter]

"Well it's certainly crazy," heaved Rin before she stood up fully. "But lets go inside. It is really handy to be honest."

[hattrickery]

It doesn't take long before the two of them have slices chocolate-coconut cake presented to them by a large porcine minotaur with a fiery beard. Hayate's still a little nonplussed as she claims a table.

"...wow, Hampyre looks really different in his normal form."

[nozomisitter]

"Is that a Pokemon or something?" inquired Rin curiously. She had seen a couple in her lifetime, but never up close.

[hattrickery]

"I dunno, he's usually just a fire-breathing boar."

Slight pause.

"He's also smarter than me, so I can barely follow him half the time."

[nozomisitter]

"Oh I guess that makes sense," said Rin as she dug into her cake slice.

"Oh this is good! I like how it tastes."

[hattrickery]

"I know, right? One of the Pinkie Pies runs this place; it's really nice!"
