A quick little note [action]
[Sometime in the evening, the doorways of the residences of Brainstorm, Arcee and Andrew have a bulky envelope pasted to them. How they got there is irrelevant.
Once they are open, a letter pops out. There is also a folder in there, but it doesn't come out until the letter is read.]
Dear Sir or Madam;
This letter is being sent to you in preparation of our behind the scenes intern program, as per your writing entry. For over 150 years, Hoovesweek has prided itself in keeping with certain standards, and we hope that you will help us in continuing to keep those standards high so that your time with us will show you everything we have to offer.
As a result, there are several important rules we wish for you to observe during your time with us:
-The internship will start at 7 am sharp. If you are late, you will not be allowed in the building. The internship will be for 9 hours.
-You will be provided one meal during this experience, lunch. Lunch is one hour. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform our staff upon arrival so your meal may be adjusted accordingly.
-The dress code of our premises is business only and it is observed at all times. Hence we request that you and anypony else you wish to bring with you be dressed in conservative, tasteful clothing reflecting this code (i.e. suits, ties, blouses, etc.)
-You will be required to keep your badge on you at all times. Failure to do so carries the risk of being escorted out of the building and missing out on the experience.
-We will allow you to bring one companion with you to the office. They must conform to all of the above rules; otherwise they will not be allowed on and/or escorted off the premises.
-You and any party you bring will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon your arrival. Refusal to do so will result in your badge and any privileges given being revoked. There will be no exceptions to this requirement.
-You have been provided with an information packet along with this letter, and we request you read it through so you may be ready for your experience with us. Based on your location, also enclosed is this room key, for your overnight accommodations in Canterlot.
We appreciate your cooperation in this, and hope your experience in the intern program at Hoovesweek will be an enlightening one.
Sincerely,

[And there is an informational packet, which is basically an explanation of what Hoovesweek is, their code of conduct, and a schedule of a tour for the first part of the day. Nothing too noteworthy, save one little thing. Namely, their hotel keys, which, while in the same hotel - Four Stallions - are nowhere near each other.
Though, that's probably nothing. The Canterlot Garden Party's happening, after all, as is the Gala.]
