[Johnny stood in front of the scroll, tilting his head every now and again. Once in a while, he'd give it a gentle poke with his... muzzle. He was only trying to make sense of the thing that was in front of him.]

I think this world just does that, really... the whole turning-everyone-into-ponies thing, that is.

[He blinked and adjusted his shades.]

...Hm? Ah, so you've heard of Mayfield? ... I am going to guess you were one of the unfortunate residents.

Sure was. Don't you recognize me though? Pretty sure Ah was the only talking orange pony in that whole town, after all.

[He would have snapped his fingers in recognition... as it was, he could on put a hoof up to his chin.]

Ah hah! You're the one who was stuck in a human body for a while ... Applejack, was it?

[A big grin spreads across Applejack's face.]

Yep! And you were the one stuck as Pinkie for awhile, huh?

Guess it was good practice, considering. Seems something is bringing folks here to Equestria now, and turning them into ponies as well. Well, most in to ponies...

[He nervously chuckled at recalling that incident.]

Yeah. Eh... eh heh.

[Clearing his throat, he continued to speak full of confidence.]

It was good practice. Though in all truth, I wasn't expecting there to be a repeat... ah, in a sense.

Wait, most of the newcomers are ponies? ... and what would the others be?

Oh, there's a dragon or two around, plus some other animals.

Least Ah think Ah heard a talking cat not too long ago...

But at least this time you're still yourself, just a pony version of yourself.

I admit, being a dragon sounds a bit like a disappointment. While perhaps the size might be impressive, the scales wouldn't do much for my complexion.

That size is the trouble though, we don't really have many places dragons can live near the normal towns if they want to be sociable.

Least you make a pretty handsome looking pony.

[Applejack really meant that casually and friendly, but then what she said sinks in and her eyes widen in surprise as she blushes slightly.]

SO! Um, where you staying at now that you find yourself in Equestria?
