I'm assuming that shine means it's active? All right. I'll assume it is. Ah...hello, residents of Ponyville. I'm Billy, and from what I'm hearing I'm one among many unfortunate victims of a mass kidnapping and transformation.

[He's clearly frustrated by this, judging by the way his eyes roll.]

I'm guessing we have a lot of work to do to stop the latest threat and escape from here. So I'd like to offer my services---I'm a decent inventor and mechanic. Or at least I'd like to think I am. I'm still working on manipulating objects with this...form, but I've made progress!

And while I'm here...if you have experience with interstellar travel, I'd like to talk to you. It's a personal matter.

I am without my ship at the moment, due to the magic at work here.

As for wars, I do not involve myself or my crew in war, but I have operated during a few.

It depends on the pony and what world they are from. Some use magical means, others technological, some both. I'm sure whatever style you are comfortable with will be welcome here, as well.
