I'm assuming that shine means it's active? All right. I'll assume it is. Ah...hello, residents of Ponyville. I'm Billy, and from what I'm hearing I'm one among many unfortunate victims of a mass kidnapping and transformation.

I'm guessing we have a lot of work to do to stop the latest threat and escape from here. So I'd like to offer my services---I'm a decent inventor and mechanic. Or at least I'd like to think I am. I'm still working on manipulating objects with this...form, but I've made progress!

It's a type of Youkai, or demon. Lives in the water and is very good at building electronics and machines.

Do they come out of the water to build the electronics, or have they mastered the art of waterproofing?

I have never seen them build it, they keep to their secret lair. I only see the stuff after the fact. They do swim with some of it so I assume its waterproof

Wow. To do that underwater would definitely take skill...so I may not be on their level yet.

I suggest you stay away. Kappa are youkai, and they can easily kill a normal human.
