4th Sign: Information is the Universe's Most Valuable Commodity [Visual]
[Now that the Games are done and over with, and everypony has return home and hopefully gotten sleep despite the events at the closing ceremony, Patchouli decides it a good time to make a few announcements, some that hopefully help further their cause and make some good news for once.]
[And so, the scroll unravels to show Patchouli, horn glowing slightly as she holds up the scroll. She looks to be in the basement of the Ponyville library, with a neatly organized desk behind her. It is hard to tell what it is when she is in the way, however.]
If I may have your attention for a few minutes, I have a few matters to discuss, relating to our "mutual friend" who decided to make an appearance. We have been working on trying to figure out her motive and methods for some time now, and while we have made some progress, it has not been as quickly as any would like. Information is scattered, some know some bits, while others don't, or different bits entirely. In order to expedite this investigation, we need to gather our information in one place, so that everypony may be able to know what is going on, and vital intelligence is not lost should there be an untimely disappearance. Thus, I propose this:
[She steps aside to reveal the desk. On it are two binders, labeled "FACTS" and "SPECULATIONS". Next to the latter, there is a large stack of loose paper in a basket, each hole-punched so it may be easily added. Above the binders there are a myriad of writing utensils: different colored inkwells, quills to go with them, pens, markers, pencils, all neatly organized so that anypony may write in them. There is even a typewriter on a side table next to the desk, for those that may prefer that.]
Should you have information on the Pale Pony, anything at all that you think may help, please come to the Ponyville Library's basement and note it in the book labeled "Facts". If you do not have anything concrete to add, but have thoughts and possible explanations on what is going on, add it to the "Speculations" binder. The paper is there for that purpose. At this point, it does not matter how grounded in reality speculations may be. So long as they are cited from the first book, I will accept anything, as even the most insane of ramblings may spark a revelation in another.
You may also come down to read them, but do not take them from this room. We need them centralized and accessible to everypony. I will be regularly making copies and storing them elsewhere as backup in case of an incident. You may do so as well. I have written slightly more detailed instructions on the first page of each binder, should I disappear or a new arrival learn of it without my knowledge. Hopefully this will take us further faster. With minimal misunderstanding.
Now, one other thing. I am conducting a more personal investigation that I require some assistance with. I do not know if it will bear any relation to our situation here, but it may be a lead worth pursuing. I am aware that for many of you, this has not been your first time being taken to a strange new world. I would like to know about these places. Perhaps there are things in common that may shed some light here. I am talking about places like Mayfield, or Rakuen, or the S.S. Thor; places where many beings from many universes somehow congregate by one method or another. I plan to keep a list of general information, just in case.

Now I am having a total brain fart :(
When you talk about gods, i know of how the work in shinto. It seems like this one works quite differently though, so I am out of my element. The main thing I can tell that it seems to inflict a similar ability as the moon rabbit, except she doesn't need to make eye contact with you.
