11th Distraction - Visual
[When she appears on the network, Surprise looks a little...whiter than normal. Clumps of her fur seem to have taken a much dimmer white. It contrasts slightly with the dark circles under her eyes.]
Hey. Uh.
So, you know, after yesterday [And that is all she'll say or how she'll refer to what happened] I thought some of us might not be...uh. Doing so good.
[That's an understatement and she knows it, but she doesn't want to just tackle the issue directly. Doesn't want to put her thoughts on it right out there. There's plenty of ponies doing that already. There doesn't need to be another.]
So...because of that I thought some of them might not have the time to cook, or wouldn't take the time to get anything to eat, so I made something for them. I was only supposed to be for a few friends but-
I guess I kind of went overboard.
[It wouldn't be hard for anyone watching to see just how overboard Surprise had gone. She doesn't even need to adjust the scroll to show the stacks of food that she, in her nervous energy, had spent te night making that look in sight behind her.
They're breakfast foods and sweets mostly. Small towers of pancakes and waffles, regular and types stuffed with chocolate chips and berries. Small little forts made of sweetbreads and little cakes with jam and small tarts with pudding and whipped cream in them.
It's a feat that could have only been accomplished by someone with plenty of energy to burn and not much else they knew what to do with it.]
So, since I kind of made too much...if you need to eat of anything, you can take whatever you want. Just, if you're lost or don't know how to feel, just-
Come and take what you want. Take care of yourself. I've kind of got plenty.
