[It's been a long month for a lot of ponies, and while beating up on dummies and such was well and good, sometimes that wasn't everypony's cup of tea, as it were. So it was that at some point this past week, Nephenee remembered a plan that Morgan and her had been thinking up since February...so she figured that would be a nice way to get ponies' minds onto happy things.

Too bad she had exhausted her social reserves tending to others last week. So while it was her scroll, others wouldn't see much of her. To be fair, the visual comes on with her in the frame, but she's kind of blushy and hiding behind her bangs and tapping her hooves like a human might tap their fingers.]

U-uh, hi, y'all. So, um, Morgan an' Ah've been t-talkin' for awhile 'bout somethin', a-an'... [Nope nope nope. Can't do this right now. Not enough social energy.] H-here, Ah'll let him explain!

[It's all said very quickly, and she grabs the evergreen stallion from off-screen and shoves him into view while switching places with him.]

So I'm here to explain about Nephenee, the amazing and glorious Sentinel. Many of you have noticed how sweet and kind she is, and many of you have noticed how cute and beautiful she is, but I'm here to tell you that man, you all have no idea how cute and beautiful AND sweet and kind and AMAZING she is --

[And from off 'camera', there's a familiar squeaking noise of protest, and a beach ball hurls into view, bouncing off his noggin.]

M-Morgan!

Oh! Right. So anyway, the beautiful, cute, sweet, kind Nephenee had an idea that we should have a beach party -- one last hurrah for summer before the weather changes. Or, uh, is changed.

[From off camera:] Dates! Signups!

...I need to sign up to date you now?

[Nephenee noises, and another, harder beach ball gets lobbed at him. He gracefully gets out of the way of it.]

Oh right! We'd appreciate some help with bringing supplies like food, helping with cleanup, and stuff like that. We could use a bunch of watermelons and a stick to whack 'em with, coolers and picnic baskets, blankets, towels, a volleyball net... and people to come to the beach, of course! It starts next Monday and will run through Wednesday, so we'll get some camping action in there too. Beach fires and s'mores and stuff.

[And finally the mare gets her courage back and sidles back into the frame, still a little nervous.]

[Not too long after Arcee asks that, Nephenee pops up. She's had time to relax a little, but the question takes her off-guard, and she flushes.]

Ah didn't know he was gonna do that...Ah'm jus' not doin' good with folks right now. [She should have, to be honest, but she's tired from oversocializing last week.] W-would ya like to sign-up for anythin', Arcee? Y-ya don't hafta if ya don't want to...

[Please stop glaring, Mommy!Cee, you make her nervous.]

[But then again, what parent ever liked their child's love interest? Not...that Arcee's a parent or anything. Who said that?

Thankfully, she doesn't stay on the subject very long and calms down.]

Well wood for a bonfire would probably be prudent if we're there for a few days, maybe I'll make a salad to bring too. Ooh or marshmallows....can never have enough of those.

A few times. I can't always get the stuff for it because of the human village so I usually do shaved ice.

[When Nephenee responds, she has her scroll back in her hooves instead of propped up, and she's a little pink still, but looking better.]

Yeah, Ah'm alright, Fluttershy. Jus' a lil' embarrassed, but Ah'll get him back for it.

[She gives the stallion a wry look, before looking back to the pegasus, smiling a little.]

Honestly...talkin' to so many ponies at once kinda got to be...a bit much, ya know? Guess Ah overdid it last week...
