I was in on Zetta's plan the whole time. I let myself be captured to play the role needed of me...and while I'm not proud of it, I still lied to all of you. I made you worry and I deceived you. I couldn't tell anyone, but that doesn't excuse what I did.

My word might not mean much, if anything, anymore, but...I'm sorry.

Twilight rubs the back of her head.

"I won't stop you if that's what you want to do."

[etranger]

Mako throws her hooves up in the air in a big X.

"Bzzt! Wrong! He's not going to shave you bald, and you're not going to let him."

She exchanges a glance with the meerkat, communicating silently. Kamen Rider is the first to look away, nodding once and walking off. When Mako speaks, it's in a tone that is deliberately even.

"He was right about one thing, though - I really was worried sick. We learned a lot about Calice from this, but in terms of the fallout from all of this..."

Mako trails off, lost.

"...Twilight? Please, tell me the truth. Was it worth it? Do you think what we found out was worth the cost?"

Twilight instantly shakes her head.

"No. Nothing is worth hurting others, especially my friends."

[etranger]

Mako accepts this with a calm smile.

"Good. Come by for dinner tomorrow; the three of us should sit down and have a long conversation."

[magicalrealist]

"I get the feeling the three of us includes someone other than Kamen Rider."

[etranger]

"Oh, you didn't know? Nozomi moved in with me."

[magicalrealist]

"Oh...well, I'm glad to hear you both have your own place.

...I do have a lot to explain to you both...and Spike."

[etranger]

"Bring him too, then! It's not like I'm not stocked for dragons anyway!"

[magicalrealist]

"Maybe he and Etranger can enjoy themselves."

Especially since he might not want to deal with Twilight right now.
