Why need some kind of backup that can maintain other digital existences unless the original hub was gone. It's...that's not really possible. He remembered Mayfield just a few days ago. He's being paranoid. He has to be.

April of last year...which, to me, was four months after we left Mayfield.

(She may not know Pokey's reasons for being so upset, but one thing they do share is their worry for what became of the server. Twilight has no way of knowing if it's still functional and how everyone else is doing.)

I believe it was a necessary mutation since I was the first Mayfielder to arrive...well, one of the first, anyway. It could also be due to my ties with Equestria, but these are all just hypotheses.

I'm not exactly sure how to test this theory, either. I don't have to be in close proximity to others; my presence in this world seems to be enough.
