Itemized Progression - Written

Okie dokie, so I'm making a checklist and I wanna make sure everything is right.

1. The Cakes are still kiiiinda mad at this whole shenanigans. So for the duration of 1 month, please direct all of your orders to the Night Market one. They're going on vacation. I think they said something about the Bahamas and left it at that. The Doctor and I have the run of the joint for that duration. Doctor, they said something about no experiments in the kitchen other than food experiments.

2. Lucia, Sunset, I've marked out a place that I think we can start building our very own house! I've already made up the design for it and I've got the interior drafted out. Whaddya think? There'll be enough room for House CHS to allow more to live here. Mako, if you can put in our order for the building to commence after the recent one, please and thank you.

3. Cake and Sudoku will be opening on Monday! Now that the crisis is over, please come for the grand opening par-tay and we'll totally have some fun! Here's a photograph of the front room and I hope its to everypony's liking!

4. Still taking donations for Cake and Sudoku! Unload your unwanted powers and stuff to be displayed under glass!

5. AJ if you're not too busy we need cider for this event.

6. I'm not banning anypony from Cake and Sudoku but mind not to get in the fight or Mr Hammer might have some words.

Thanks! Hopefully the house will be built as soon as possible. I'm looking forward to all of this. I got the inspiration from movie sets actually.

Alright, good. I just wanted to know because now that this whole crisis is over I was planning on getting started on a little something.

Well I was thinking about starting up a tutoring program to teach unicorns who are new about magic or anypony need help with their magic. I thought it would be a good way to make some profit and to help ponies in need.

There's a good idea! I think a lot of ponies would like that actually, and you always got good grades too.

I talked to a pony named Lyra the other day, apparently we went to the same school. She offered some supplies for me to use for when I get started. I really need to talk to her again to see if she's still good witht hat...

Oh! Yeah, Lyra is pretty good, she provides school books for the school every school year. You should totally ask her about it. It's great you're making new friends too!

Yeah, I'm feeling a lot better about being back here than I did before. It's kind of nice... I never realized how much I really missed Equestria.

I'm really glad you can reconnect with everyone. I mean, it's a healing process, right? I would love to stay here more, when its out of danger.

Yeah... although I wouldn't mind going back to the other world. I missed Equestria but... it felt like I belonged in the human world more than here...

I do plenty of food experiments... [Okay he might have pulled a few non-food related stunts in the kitchen over the last year but he really needed to use the oven. Also he might have borrowed some spoons for his machine but he's going to return those, honest!]

Yes. To be fair, all the fires so far were very misfortune unintended accidents. Usually I have better luck than that.

I can tell. Are a lot of buildings in your hometown post-modern?

Oh yeah, the uppercrust part of town is all post-modern. Although its a
mix actually. But its REALLY REALLY nice!

Oh yeah, and we're just marking out the land too while we're at it. The materials should be here in a day or two.

Also about the whole basement lab thing; I intend to let everypony know what I do in there but for safety reasons I can't have just anyone down there still.
