[Several letters are delivered to various parts of Ponyville. Mysteriously. And with no return address. Oooooooh.

Anyhow, a letter for SAKURA is in the mailbox of the Agency. A letter for TOMOE is at that residence. One for DANTE is left at his cave. Any precure gets one at their abode, title PRECURE. Including Minako. But, semantics! And one for Discord is...well. The sender's working on that one. Pay no attention to the bird carrying a letter and running into things.

The letter is simple and short.]

To Whom It May Concern,

Please do not speak of magical girls or related issues with Madoka Kaname until further notice.

[Its not signed. The signer is probably obvious, though. To some, at least.]

"She showed up during the dream problem - I ran into her, but at the time I thought she was just part of the dream. She made a scroll post today; apparently she arrived and immediately fell into a coma."

Which is just completely ridiculous, but that's normal. Anyway! Time to continue critiquing this poorly-written letter!

"And this is basically doomed to failure; it's not like our existence is a secret or anything - even if everyone who gets these letters actually...decides it's a good idea to follow mysterious, unexplained instructions from an anonymous sender, there are enough of us around that I've heard the townsponies refer to us as 'the magical girl brigade'."

Mako clicks her tongue a few times.

"This is tremendously ill-thought out; this kind of sloppy work offends me on a professional level. Whoever sent this is incredibly bad at communicating clearly, most likely."

"Mou, we can't keep hiding behind everything because someone's feelings will get hurt or something!" Nozomi yelped, pouting. Sorry, Mako, but words just kinda drove her crazy.

"Well, that's the thing - we don't have to do anything to hide this. This is going to implode in a spectacular mess sooner or later, and if we're lucky it won't require us to clean up after it."

...there is a long pause.

"...I just jinxed us, didn't I?"

"...better now then later?"

She gave her friend a sheepish grin.

"...if we do end up having to clean up after this, feel free to rub it in my face, okay?"

"I'm not that petty... or at least, I try not to be."

[etranger]

Mako smiles a little at that.

"Hah, I know that. I just need to learn not to tempt fate."

Pause.

"Ah! I know! If we end up needing to clean up after this, I'll give you the rest of my taffy stash."

[ponycure_dream]

"Oooh! Okay!"

...

"Don't eat 'em all before then!"

"Because, I know I would if I had said that."
