Donation - Visual

[There's a scene of Gen in the Toei wing of the museum, as he seems to be working on something. His back is turned to the scroll which had come unfurled on the desk. And with a final sigh, he finished.

Setting the lock in place, he looked over and addressed someone, much younger than himself off-screen.]

This okay?

Yeah, it's fine. End of an era, y'know?

Yeah. Well... one of these days, someone will take it back up. There always will, and be, a Kamen Rider.

And a Precure.

[The scroll was scooped up as it was rolled up. But the scene is clear to see. Two pony-shaped statues stood there, dressed in the costumes of Fourze and Zenith Muse. Gentarou cleared his throat.]

Lets go get lunch. It's a brand new day after all.

LATER:

[Elsewhere, after lunch, the pair are headed in different directions. Ako towards Sweet Apple, Gentarou towards the schoolhouse. Both seem fairly chipper that noontime. Interrupt?]

[ Kyouko's in the area to check on Mami, and she sees Ako on the way. She nods to her. ]

Somethin' happen?

Yeah, you might say that. [Falling in step with Kyouko, she smiled at her.]

I gave up my Precure Powers. My transformation device is under lock and key right now.

Yer done? Not a magical girl anymore?

[ Kyouko chews on the Pocky in her mouth as she considers Ako. ] Why?

Yeah, well, ever heard of a mentor program?

I'm planning on starting it up with young heroes who need guidance. I might be younger than most, but I've got the most experience out of all of you as a magical girl going on six years of action.

I was doing this since I was nine. I'm sixteen now. I think it's time to pass on wisdom.

Tha's not a bad idea. Plentya ponies tryin' ta get usedta their new powers...

Nine's young, I didn' know anyone started at that age.

[ She holds out the box of Pocky as they walk. ] Ya didn' answer my question, though. Whydja do it?

Yeah, it was something all right.

[Looking into the air, Ako sighed.] The world... this world, is beautiful, don't you think? Living here day to day, contemplating if the violence is needed made me think.

There will always be Pretty Cure. Be Magical Girls. Be Riders, be Sentai, be all these things. But sometimes it's time to hang things up, and teach people how to control their own powers.

I did it, because I want to teach. And to teach by example, not by the fist or routine training, but by real lessons given to everyone.

This world has a miraculous healing power. That's why I came back. To do this for everyone I care about.

"So...I saw."

Yayoi smiles at Gen, as she wanders over, having spotted him while finishing off a repair.

"Oh hey. I was going to tell you but Ako wanted to get it done and over with as soon as possible." Gen smiled at Yayoi, brushing a hoof along his neck thoughtfully.

"That's ok. It's your decision after all. I don't really have any say in the matter...aside from supporting you."

She'll saddle up closer.

"I think what you did was very honorable. And besides...it's not like you can't get it back if an extreme emergency calls for it. Or maybe someone else will take the burden, like you said."

"Yeah, and I wouldn't want to force it upon anyone anyhow. Not like how I let Derpy take the last belt. She seems all right holding onto it, but use it? Not her style."

With a light grin, he stepped a bit closer. "After all, it gives me more time to concentrate on the day to day life."

"R-really?"

She bites her lip a bit.

"That would be great. You could help out around town whenever you want."

"I could yeah, and spend a lot of time with people."

"So are you doing anything right now?"

And now she's shaking. Still smiling, but shaking.

"N-no. I just finished with someone's lighting fixture. That's all I had scheduled..."

"Want to come and go out with me? We could go check out some of the things we haven't yet."

"S-sure. I'd love to."

"All right, lets go get some more lunch. I only ate a little and I could definitely eat."

Ok...that'll break up the nervousness, by way of giggle.

"I swear...you have an extra stomach or something sometimes."

"I just have a lot of energy, s'all. And I burn it off with my mail carrying."

"Well then...let's get you stocked up then, ne?"

"Sounds good to me. And then we can go for a jog or something later."

"Or 'Something'...."

She will simply nod and follow suit.

"Did you say something?" he asked curiously.

"N-no...just a small thought to myself is all."

"Ah okay." Grinning back at her, he continued on his way.

"So...what do you feel like having?"

"Daisy sandwich, maybe a little pasta too?"
