[Video] A return!

[This isn't anything new..scroll is recording someone who looks lost and confused. The only issue is, it's someone who has been here before! Cirno just looks about with a very confused look on her face before pouting a bit.]

Okay...First I deal with that cheating youkai and now I'm somewhere weird? This isn't fair...I wanna go back and show her what's what!

[She's crossing her front legs in protest before slowly trying to stand up, rolling the scroll back up. Something is telling her she might need the thing.]

[After a while...And Once she's found]

Um...Sorry about that. I guess someone thought it'd be funny to send me home for a while...I..I'm slowly remembering everything but I'll catch on! Sorry for worrying everyone though...

But..I wanna do some stuff to try and earn a bit of money. I want to do something..but I can't say what yet!

As for work... I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but perhaps I may find something for you to do.

[Nephenee's been a bit aimless since her sister's disappearance, but after the first day, she was able to slowly take on more of her 'normal' life...there were still times where she got upset, though.]

[So when Nephenee senses something in the air - a scent...yes, it's the scent of 'cold' - her ears perk unconsciously as she sniffs the air more. It isn't that chilly out, even if she has her white jacket on for comfort...still, she tugs at her neckerchief before following that scent. And it's not long before she hears the the familiar sound of a filly's hooves against grass, and, rounding the corner, sees a familiar blue pegasus.]

[Is this...a dream? Is she hallucinating in her pain? Rubbing her eyes, the mare blinks, and the pony's still there.]

[Oh Celestia, don't let this be a dream. Hesitantly, she calls to her sister.]

C-Cirno??

[Ugh...Why was this place for familiar? Cirno was just wandering about for now. Maybe it would make sense after wandering about. Because there was no way she could walk around this well without something being known...right?

But after a while she hears her name and her ears perk up. She turns because that voice..why did she know it? The filly moves towards Nephenee, a curious look on her face. Even if her mind isn't catching on..the bracelets on her front legs tell that it's her.]

Uh...That's me but who are you? I mean...you sound familiar..but I dunno why.

[It's... probably for the best that Rise missed the first part. Losing Cirno was like repeating history she'd sooner forget. Being completely forgotten would have made it even worse.

But as soon as she sees the second part, Rise's quick to respond.]

Cirno-chan!!! ... Are you okay now?

How long were you gone?!

[She's used to timelines not matching up by now, so that's a completely normal question as far as she's concerned.]

[It's a good thing then Cirno took a moment to stop and think on who Rise was before responding. She's smiling and seems to be in good spirits.]

Rise-chan! Yeah..I'm okay. Just getting used to everything again.

[At that second question though..the smile drops from her face and she looks away. This still hurt, knowing that she forgot everything....]

...3 years. I got beat up again for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and then again for trying to stop a cheater.

[Rise looks so relieved at first, but then it gives way to worry again at Cirno's answer to how long she was gone.]

You got beat up?! ["Again"?!] ... Does that happen a lot?

[Wait...]

Did you say three years?! [But she doesn't look any older!] Does... does that mean you're not coming back to school?

[Okay, that's probably too many questions at once, and that last one is kind of selfish. But Cirno was starting to become her closest friend who isn't from her home world, and the only friend her "age". If she's suddenly older now...]

Yeah..Kinda. Incidents usually come about and when I join up, I'm in the way it seems..or something else. I dunno.

[There is a slightly sad nod. 3 years was hard to think about, knowing she was only gone a short time.]

Uh huh...It's..weird. But I can still go to school with you! It's something I promised we could do toghter. I won't break my promise to you.

... Sorry it's like that. But we can look out for each other here!

[Even if she is no good in a fight, she'll still do her best to make sure her friends are alright!

Though... the time gap sure is awkward. It's only been a few days for Rise, so it'd be the most natural thing in the world to keep going on like Cirno never left. But she'd feel bad if she was imposing...]

You're sure that's okay? I still wanna go together, but... three years is a long time! You won't feel too old for our class?

[She's one to talk. And little does she know...]

It happens. It's better I guess because things get solved. I've never asked Reimu or Marisa why. But..Thanks.

[That smile returns.]

Yeah. I'm learning a lot so why stop now anyways? Besides, a fairy doesn't break a promise. It's a lot of fun!

[Yup..Slightly avoiding the age question.]

[They will have the age conversation someday! ... But Rise's not going to question it right now. As long as she's okay with it!]

Okay! I just didn't want you to feel like you had to...

[But now that she's said it's a lot of fun, Rise perks right up.]

You might get to meet Nanako-chan, too! She's younger than us, but I told her I could walk her to the Ponyville schoolhouse on our way... since everyone else at the Agency might be busy.

[The schoolhouse where all the really young ponies go, that is. As opposed to Cirno and Rise's school. Wherever and whatever that is.]

Nah, I like it. I mean, it's not like Conquest so it's already a lot of fun.

[She's not going to push the fact she refuses to break her promises unless she couldn't help it. It's something Rakuen hit her with..a good thing for once.]

Oh? Yeah, it 'll be awesome. I mean, why not? I'd like to meet her anyways if she's a friend of yours.

[Because Cirno can now see how shy she's become about meeting people. Now she wants to work on it...slowly.]

Yeah, she's Yu-senpai's cousin! Even though he treats her kind of like a little sister.

[Rise's just relieved that Cirno seems okay with picking up where they left off. It was nice having at least one friend she could just be a normal filly with!

But now that that's over with, it hits her how the school topic was kind of selfish...]

Oh yeah... um... you're really okay, right? Coming back here after so long?

[...Her heart drops into her stomach at that. But...if Cirno doesn't remember her...that's...she'll make it alright. Cirno's still her sister...Neph forces herself to smile.]

I-it's Nephenee...you're my sister, we met in another world, in our real forms...we went to school together, fought together...

[Explaining this makes her heart ache like someone has it in a vice grip.]

Ah, I kinda get it. But I'll be nice to her too then.

[Like she's even had the issue of not being nice as her pranking drive had taken a nose dive..

But at the last bit, she shakes her head.]

I'm okay..I've got things to get used to again but it's probably better to try and get back to normal. No better way to put someone going missing then to keep going like nothing happened..sort of right?

[Because she was worried about her friends too. This whole going home suddenly for 3 years threw Cirno off..what did it do to them?}

[This..hurts to see. But why? Going to walk up to Neph with that curious look never fading from her face, although she's trying to remember. Cirno's aura is a bit colder then she had been keeping it since getting it back.]

I...kinda remember? It wasn't a nice place..right?

[It's slow to remember everything but..Ugh the bracelet with the charms is driving her nuts and she frowns a bit, looking down at it before trying to get it off. Which is slightly harder to do then it looks as she had tied it shut with bits of ribbon and string to make sure it never came off.]

..No, not really. It had nice moments, but it wasn't a nice place...

[And that pained look turns to one of panic as Nephenee puts her hoof over Cirno's, her own charms jingling from the sudden movement.]

No, don't!

[Quickly realizing that might scare the fairy, she lowers her voice, peripherally checking to make sure they're out of earshot.]

If...if we remove the bracelets, or the charms...we lose memories...they're...they're chained to them charms.

Sure!

[Her usual bright, cheerful smile is slightly forced this time. But mostly genuine. It's true that Cirno's disappearance kind of freaked her out a little, but that's mostly because of what she went through in Exsilium. Losing friends all of a sudden had become a bit of a sore spot for her.

So she's more than willing to just move on and pretend it never happened, now that she's back!]

Hey, we should do something after school tomorrow! Oh, and I guess we should tell everyone you were out sick, or something...

Alright, I'm all for it. It'll be fun.

[This whole thing..she really wants to figure out what she wants to do for all her friends. Something that even if...No. It wasn't good to think like that.]

Yeah. Don't need to make things all weird with the class. Since not everyone is like us.

[The fairy is hanging on every word, her face a look of deep thought. It slowly coming back..Although she is startled out of it at the movement and the stopping. There isn't the normal fear on her face..although after a moment she closes her eyes, wincing. The memory of Rakuen just smacked her in the face.

She starts to shake a bit, slowly opening her eyes.]

...I..I remember that...kinda..Did I lose more then what was from there..? I want them back..I...

[She didn't want to go through that again. It hurt not having her memories..Even if she knew there were still a few missing but...]
