Tis the season everypony.

[Dame Rarity appears on screen wearing a marvelous pale purple sweater with accenting amethysts added to the collar and cuffs. She does a pose, showing off the comfortable sweater from every angle before taking a step back to reveal various other sweaters in numerous sizes and colors. Along with the sweaters are comfortable winter coats and scarves that obviously match.]

You could say this is my winter collection for this years Hearth's Warming Eve. Of course, each sweater is made with a material created by yours truly to resist collecting dust or pet hair

And for those of you who are more....battle oriented, I can design warm clothes that are still stylish and battle ready if so desired.

Yes...several, in fact.

I'm fairly new to this world, and this is my first time celebrating a winter holiday by giving gifts to others. So I would like to be able to give some gifts to the friends from my home world that are here as well.

Is that so. Then I would be delightful to work with you to create those gifts. Please, feel free to stop in the boutique whenever you have free time and we can work on the designs together.

Yes, there were two of us at one point. One from this version of Equestria and myself from a different version of Equestria.

It tends to happen from time to time.

So...there could be a number of different versions...of the same per - er, pony?

In theory yes. For example, there are at least three Princess Luna's currently and at least two Princess Celestia's last count.

Not to mention a few different Twilight Sparkles, just to give a few examples. All of us are different and share common experiences and some very, very different ones as well.

Oh, I see...I had no idea that was possible.

Well, now you do and I wouldn't worry too much about it.

[She had a feeling she probably shouldn't...but she couldn't help asking.]

So...what happened to the other Rarity? Your...native counterpart?

She disappeared some months ago. We're not sure what happened to her.

[Which made Rarity feel a little uneasy.]

I've been keeping the Boutique in shape for her in her absence.

I see...that's very kind of you to watch over it while she's gone.

So she's a designer like you are?

Actually, yes. However, our designs tend to vary quite a bit. She usually aims for something elegant and slightly over the top and very fashion forward.

I tend to favor more practical and sturdy designs meant for surviving battles. Of course, they are still stylish regardless.

Oh, I see...and that's because of your different experiences in the worlds you come from.

[She's beginning to understand it now.]

I must admit, I would love to see your technique sometime. I've seen quite a few battle styles, but I've never seen how a native pony, especially another unicorn, would go about doing it. I'm sure it's fascinating.

Then perhaps the measurements and designing are done, we could have a friendly little spar.

I wouldn't mind and its always nice to practice with another pony.

Well, that sounds grand!

Wonderful. Then we shall make plans for a little sparring match later.
