[A tired Lyra pops up on the scrolls but she's standing in the middle of Bon Bon's store.]

Hey all, just to let you know, last minute shopping is available for your chocolatey needs. Our hours today are from 9 to 3 so get in now. There's already a line from locals and even out of towners, so come down. We'll be open from 9 to 3 just as a repeat.

And uh, yeah, all hands on deck. I need all the staff at work today even if you can only put in a couple of hours.

Oh, and K and Teddy? Ruby's your Assistant Manager now but more on that later. Ruby, if you don't mind can you work till? I'll be organizing displays.

Yes, an outing! We could go to the park with Zwei, or anything you wanted to do...

(Ruby probably wouldn't mind if it was a date, but then again she was trying to be considerate of Lyra's feelings.)

[Thank goodness. She couldn't take it if she had yet another mare after her.]

Yes! He's really good at fetch, and probably any other type of game you could come up with.

(Ruby's never had a marefriend -or a coltfriend- before, but when that day comes she'll have quite a few ponies to ask for advice on the matter.)

I still can't believe that dog of yours knows how to work a can opener.

[She would be glad to teach her what not to do at least.]
