So it would seem the sleeping crisis is over. I'm glad that mess has gotten sorted out; it got in the way of my announcement. I wish I could have done this sooner, but there is not changing that now.

I'm sure you all remember the fun times you had during Hearts and Hooves Day, especially a select group of you who were 'encouraged' to go out and have a date.

[Nope, not bad news, nor anything serious.]

I do hope you all enjoyed it. It took me a while to set that all up. In the end, however, I feel things turned out far better than I had expected. I had intended it as simply a veiled way for you to make a new friend, but some groups may have gotten a little more out of it~. I could not be more pleased, and I look forward to both your thanks and your angry letters.

Ah, and Tails? Reimi? I am terribly sorry for the incident with the cloud. I overestimated the strength of the enchantment; had it lasted a half-hour longer it would have put you down on the ground before wearing off.

... It's alright. [She could probably tell his tone was pretty confused - he was angry about what happened, but the fact that it was completely accidental, coupled with it being Princess Celestia... even if it was the Captain version, made him want to not be mad at her. So it was just a mixed tone altogether.]

I would've preferred to find out the enchantment had a time limit on it either way though... so I could've been prepared to catch her. She nearly died.

A fall at that height would not have been lethal, and you did catch her before I stopped her myself. Don't think I wasn't keeping an eye on things.

... But there was no way for us to have known that before. We can't rely on that knowledge when something unexpected happens.
