9th Sun: Psychological warfare [Visual, very not locked from any scroll]
[The scrolls open to reveal the throne room of the Princesses' castle in Canterlot. The same one that was attacked by a certain angry centaur a short while earlier. ...Not that anypony could tell. Everything's since been cleaned up in that short about of time. The walls restored, the rubble picked up, the stained glass unbroken... amazing what a little magic can do.]
[And in the middle of it all, sitting in the throne itself, is Celestia, garbed in her full gold regalia, looking as well as ever, cutie mark exactly as it should be, as if nothing had ever happened. The only thing that was different was a mysterious brown object deliberately half-hidden behind the legs of the throne. Those familiar with it may recognize it as a certain hat.]
I am grateful to have such a supportive and efficient cleaning staff here in Canterlot. In all my years, it will never cease to amaze me what many ponies working together can accomplish in such a short amount of time. Now that this matter is done, we can turn to cleaning up that little spill from Tartarus and returning it back to where it belongs. Quite unfortunate for him that he was unable to keep an alicorn down for long.
I suppose that is the downside of attempting to work alone. You can't do very many things. Attack Ponyville, and lose control of Canterlot. Move to take back Canterlot, and Ponyville recovers. If only the poor soul realized the futility of his endeavors. Perhaps I'll simply throw him into the sun once he's been dealt with...
[It's at this point she "notices" the scroll.]
...Ah, my apologies, was this thing on? I fear I may have said some very un-princess-like things. Hopefully the lumbering oaf doesn't catch wind of this~.

Perhaps you missed something in your blind, short-sighted rampage? I am indeed Celestia, through and through.
[/Ostentatious mane flip]
You're even worse at this than Chrysalis was. At least she had followers that supported her.
On top of that, I have to wonder why you chose now, of all times, to make a move, when our forces are bolstered by off-world ponies and we are under the threat of an even bigger menace than you.
Not that you mean much as a threat, of course.

I don't believe you! You--
If you are truly the Princess Celestia I faced, you would know the means of which I came into your castle this very morning!

[Celestia takes a moment to recall the state the castle was in beforehand, as well as the scroll post made during the attack. "Coward's way"... could mean any number of things, but might as well make a guess. Whether she's found out or not, she's got a plan for both of them.]
You didn't have the dignity of taking the front door, so you and your little 'help' had to come in through those portals you love so much.

I'll come back for you. And by the time I return, every last off-worlder's magic will be mine. And alone or not, you being in Canterlot won't even matter. Not that it matters now.
[He begins to charge his laser up.]
And while I'm at it...I'll erase every last trace that you ever existed, along with this shanty town you seem so fond of!

[Or at least, she assumes the native Celestia does. She did, what with how often invasions happen.]
Do what you will. If you can be so easily angered like this, all the power in the world means nothing. You're just a widdle spoiled filly throwing a tantrum, aren't you? An itty bitty filly too busy yelling about how his toys are his to learn how to play with them. You just need a binky and some warm milk to return to your nap.
[Yes, she is talking to Tirek in the same voice one would address a toddler with.]
[And she's enjoying every moment of it.]
[She'll just have to help rebuild that house once this is done.]
