[There is a kid at the bar. What looks like a human child, maybe ten or eleven years old, just sitting at the bar. And for a child, boy, can he pound down whatever he's drinking. He just gently lays the glass down on the table and sighs, leaning his head back.]

I am impressed, I will admit. I had no doubt you would manage to conquer our latest threat, but even I did not expect it to be as strong a victory for you as it was. My congratulations.

Nor has it escaped my notice that quite a few from my world have entered here. I will admit, having this fraction of me trapped here has inhibited my ability to see your states, though this current...reprieve, I suppose, has alleviated that a bit. Regardless, even if some of you here have seen me recently, I have not seen you.

I propose we meet soon, let us say this coming Friday evening. I have my Domain set within the Everfree Forest, and while I would not take offense if you could not attend, it would certain be appreciated. For some, I would think it would be a welcome break from their Work.

[He means you specifically, Demi-Fiends/Hito-Shuras/however you wish to be referred to here. He knows there are at least two of you, and that both of you appear to have been ones that sided with his Reason. While he guesses you don't have to be there at his request...he'll certainly remember it.]

Of course, this isn't closed simply to those who I might have known. While celebration is rightfully the name of the game at the moment, I too would like to offer a banquet in honor of this victory, again at my Domain at the week's close. Drink and food and entertainment of all fare will be present. And I'll be honest: I'm rather in a mood for celebration at the moment.

Young or old, human or pony or any creature in between. You are invited.

There's a great deal I'd still know of where you've been. I feel the stories you might have to tell will be more interesting than my own.

I'll tell all the stories you want. Normally I'd say some are too depressing for party fare, but I don't think you'll have a problem with that.

[He honestly doubts anything in that tower would concern him much. Except maybe that time that the Lucifer in the tower thought he'd been there for a millenia and went kind of off kilter.

Or maybe that there's an alternate universe where he has kids.]

Perhaps not for the other guests then. We'll find the time to exchange them when I suppose they don't run the risk of..offending, more sensitive listeners I suppose.

Have you found ample place to stay?

Yeah, I have. Pony rooms aren't exactly designed for human comfort but I've had way worse places to spend the night.

You could stay in my Domain. It would be far more spacious.

My Domain. Powerful demons possess the ability to create an otherworldly home, positioning the entrance usually within a doorway or other portal. Most use it as a place to live, a small world for their own entourage of followers, as well as a trap and hunting grounds for any who wander in.

My own cannot be wandered into, nor is it placed in a traditional portal any would think to enter. Should anyone try to enter where I've set mine and not possess a great deal of magical power, they would but pass through it as normal. Should anyone with great magical skill find it, a barrier has been enacted to ward any I do not desire to enter away.

[He doesn't know why he's bothering to explain the specifics of his own so much to Flare. Only to keep from having suspicion drawn to it too much, certainly, about his motives for creating it.

Certainly not to try and ease her mind about the damage it could do to others. That mattered not to him, obviously.]

This has been a great victory for all of you in several ways. Let us hope this marks a turn of the tides.

[His brow arches, just a bit, at the thank you. It's clear the demon doesn't quite understand why he's being thanked or what for, yet still he says.]

If it weren't for you, I might've lost my way. Even the best intentions grow corrupt if nobody is there to temper them, pick at the flaws.

Possible, at least in theory. Though it's rare for the demon itself to be the Domain.

[He takes another drink, though he doesn't look at it as he speaks with her.]

What might a flaw be, but a virtue that's yet to be fully realized?
