2nd Idea [Accidental Visual]

[With everything settling back down again, it should be the best time to relax. But it apparently was the opposite for Tadashi, who could be seen pacing around his room at the commune. His tail flicked with every turn, and the expression on his face was more agitated and troubled than normal for those who had seen him before.

Another passing turn had him pausing, finally noticing the scroll was open. And for a moment he almost seemed to glare at it, his hardened expression persisting as he debated whether to simply roll it up.

But it only lasted a moment before his expression softened, and he managed a small, if somewhat weary smile.]

Anyone feel like grabbing a drink?

...Or taking a walk. Or...something.

[It just seemed like he could use the company.]

[He gave a soft chuckle, a sound harsher than he'd meant it to be.] Yeah, it hasn't been the greatest. [Then he sighed, and if there was a smile on his face it was a bit distant and sad.] I'm glad I got to see my brother again, though... [Especially if it's the last time he ever would.]

[He just goes quiet again, silently chowing down on the snacks he has and can create for himself. It's incredible. Pokey was a master at talking. Really, it was hard to shut him up.

[He considers that for a moment before nodding, his gaze still a bit far away as he thinks.] Yeah. I guess it's always possible. [And for a moment he's about to continue, to say that there was always a chance that Hiro could come back to this world, this place. But he stops himself before he does. That wouldn't be the only way, would it?]

[Pokey is quiet a moment more, before saying....]

Last place I was in, I was there about a year before my little brother showed up.

It isn't great. But places like this have a weird way for crap like that to happen.

[He shrugs, before saying.]

[He nods.] Yeah...my brother was here, even if it was just a little bit. So maybe he could come back again. [It wasn't much. But it'd be something.]

[He chuckles softly.] Yeah, I know...and truth is, I kinda want to be, but... Can't seem to get there.

[He brushes off his suit a bit, somehow making even that at least a little obnoxious.]

...Chances are you might get jumped to another place after this. Or even have a choice of where you want to go when all this is over. So hey.

Yeah...you definitely have the experience. [Though given how much hardship he had to have gone through to get this kind of experience at his age says a lot.] ...That's good to know, I guess. I suppose ending up somewhere else is better than...not being anywhere at all.

[He was quiet for a long moment, considering the question. If he had a choice...where would he go?] I... [He laughs.] I don't even know. Just learning about the possibilities of different worlds...I can't even imagine what else exists out there... [He rubs a hand over his face.] It might sound...weird, all things considered, but...I think I actually might wanna see my parents. They, uh...They passed on, way before I did... [Because if he had the chance...and with no reason to go back home...then why not?]

[He just looks away for a moment, and then back to Tadashi.]

...I guess I can't blame you for that. Hey, if I could, I would just go home. Don't fully...you know. Get parents. But I guess I can kind of get the feeling.

Yeah...they were pretty good. And it's been a...pretty long time.

It'd be nice to see them again.

...I know this seems like it really sucks right now. But sometimes even a situation this crappy can still have a kind of decent ending.
