2nd Idea [Accidental Visual]

[With everything settling back down again, it should be the best time to relax. But it apparently was the opposite for Tadashi, who could be seen pacing around his room at the commune. His tail flicked with every turn, and the expression on his face was more agitated and troubled than normal for those who had seen him before.

Another passing turn had him pausing, finally noticing the scroll was open. And for a moment he almost seemed to glare at it, his hardened expression persisting as he debated whether to simply roll it up.

But it only lasted a moment before his expression softened, and he managed a small, if somewhat weary smile.]

Anyone feel like grabbing a drink?

...Or taking a walk. Or...something.

Yeah...Of course there were a lot of other things that have been happening in between.

Right. I didn't mean to sidetrack the conversation this much. Must be because I don't run into someone who's got a pretty similar situation.

To be honest, I thought the first world I was dropped into was the after life. It would've been easy to fall into despair at the fact I was dead. I fought back those thoughts though. Instead, I decided I was thrown into that world for a reason and it was mostly to have a second chance at life.

I used to spend whatever time outside of school to take care of my little brother, Akira. Heck, I even had fight for an exemption from my high school so I could get a part time job. Because of that, I didn't get to do a lot of things that typical kids do. I got so wrapped up in raising Akira that I kind of forgot about myself. I guess you could say that's my bad habit of putting others too much before myself but I've been working on that.

Mm...yeah, I can kind of get that. After our parents died...I spent a lot of time helping out our aunt Cass with taking care of Hiro, as well as helping out at the cafe she owns. Between that and school, I was pretty busy. When I got to college I still tried to help out...but I got a bit busy with some work I was doing on a project, that Hiro started getting away from me...He kind of fell into some bad stuff, so I'd been trying to get him back on the right track recently. Before I left, it was looking good...He got accepted into the university I'm going at...and from what he told me, he's attending classes there now.
