1st Solar Charge: The Solar Colt [Visual]
So does this mean it's working now? It looks like it's on, but I don't really have any experience with magical scrolls. Phones were one thing, but this is something new entirely...
(It seems like this new pony is asking other ponies about how to get his scroll to work, even though the others don't know how to work it any better than he does. Once he figures out that yes, the video feed is on, Django thanks the ponies for their help and proceeds with his introduction.)
I hope this is actually working; it'd pretty weird if I was talking to myself for all of this, huh? If anyone is listening, then uhh...hi! I'm Django...the Solar Boy! And it looks like I'm waking up in unfamiliar places all over again...but at least this one is a lot more colorful. Hopefully, it won't be as menacing...
(He rubs the back of his head.)
...But even if it is, I'll be sure to lend a hand wherever it's needed! A whole new place means a lot to do, so I'd better get started. May the sun be with you!
(There's an awkward pause as he just stands there quietly.)
...I forgot to ask how to turn this off when I'm done. Maybe if I just close it...
(And so the rest of the feed is nothing but Django trying to figure out how to wrap up a scroll with hooves. There's not much more to this than the sound of rustling paper; it'll take him a while before he gets it right.)

[And yes Otenko is totally perched on Django's back shortly after he manages to get the scroll closed.]
Good to see you are wasting no time, Django.
[Action]
sunflowerbird.)Master Otenko! You're here, too! I didn't think anyone from home would be here...but it's great that you are! I have so much to tell you!
Re: [Action]
[Action]
It's complicated, but I'll do my best to keep it short.
(He begins to walk as he talks.)
There was a town called Mayfield. It had the power to bring in all sorts of people from across time and space. They were all forced to live there with no way of returning home. It was an evil town...it liked hurting people for no reason and even death didn't mean much; those who died would just come back later...most of the time, anyway.
I was in that town for over a year. I saw a lot of things there...but the worst of it came from when they finally told everyone how they did it: the whole town was inside of a computer and everyone there was just a copy of who they look like.
(Django picks his head up.)
But that's okay. Because that means San Miguel still has Django to protect it...and that means I can protect wherever I end up next.
[Action]
...I see, though I must admit I am slightly worried that I am not with you in San Miguel. We may have sealed Jormungandr, but the Immortals are still out there.
But! It is no matter! I am sure you will fare just fine in my absence, so long as the sun still shines! I shall place my trust in you. It has never failed me in the past. However, as for us, the sun shines here, as well. No matter what form we take, we shall see to it that none shall fall to evil on our watch!
[...except there appears to be no evil in the entire town. He checked yesterday. This is the happiest place he's been in quite a while.]
[Action]
...Hmm. Seems like that sort of thing happens here, too.)
I'm sure he'll be fine, too. Depending on how this new world works, you might still be by his side!
(Perhaps that's not the best thing to say after talking about coming from a world that cloned people, but he's trying to be supportive.)
But you're right. The sun is still watching over us, so we can still do what we do best! We have to remain diligent, even when things are at their calmest; peace is difficult to acquire and easy to lose, but all the more important to hold on to.

(An awkward pause.)
...But how do we contact her? Someone in her position must not be easy to meet with.
Re: [Action]
The best way would be to make our presence known. If we gain a reputation and assist the townsfolk in whatever way we can, the eye of the Princess may fall upon us.
That, or we try to find the capital and directly request an audience.
[Action]
(Django paused for a moment to think, looking around the area and the pointing a hoof to a castle in the distance.)
...I think that might be where we want to go. It shouldn't be more than a day's journey on the Vector Bike, especially with the sun shining this brightly.

Solar Boy? What's that?

[Her face lights up. Something new to investigate!]

...Anyway, have you been here long? I'm not too familiar with this place, but I've met a few ponies before waking up here.
no subject
I'm new here as well. But I'm very lacking in experience with ponies.
[Shr then realizes she's rudely not introduced herself. So the following will include a frantic bow.]
I'm Yayoi.

But then, he mentioned phones and menacing unfamiliar places, so she can't help feeling optimistic. Or from having a huge smile as she replies on the scroll.]
Django?! You came here from Mayfield too?
[Visual]
(He has the biggest smile on his face right now.)
Yeah, I woke up from Mayfield just a few moments ago! Are we in your world right now?
[Visual]
Still, this is pretty close to the one Ah was, er, 'copied' from. The farm's here and so's mah family! You need to come by and visit sometime!
[Visual]
I'd love to meet them, if I can; I don't think I'll be too busy, aside from what I usually do.
