FIREWORKS! - Visual

Hey everypony, I'm just in the middle of setting up for fireworks tonight. Why? Because I think we need it! There'll be picnic food and when sundown hits I'll be lighting the place up!

Come join us, there's going to be punch and stuff.

Oh I almost forgot, it's being held behind Sugarcube Corner in the field there.

Yep! I know you and others aren't a fan of loud noises so we got earplugs just so that you can enjoy it. [Not a problem, she knows what you like.]

I'm hoping so. We haven't had a proper festival in almost a month!

[She nods.] Mm...It'll be nice to enjoy the fireworks without feeling so nervous... [You know her so well, Pinkie.]

That's true...! We haven't had a proper celebration in a while.

[Good friends know things about others, and Pinkie grinned.] Definitely! I want you to feel as comfy as possible after all.

Yeppers! The Summer Sun Festival was great, but the midsummer fireworks festival is even better!

[She nods.] Mm...and we might as well do something before the end of the summer...

Totally, there's like only 1 more month left.

Right...it's a good time to do it, with just enough time for one last summer celebration before having to get ready for fall.

And then we have running of the leaves and the rodeos for the fall, and all sorts of things!

[Fluttershy nodded.] Yeah...hopefully others will still have fun during these things...

Yeah, and I always liked fireworks. I mean sure they're brilliant and loud, but its soothing to see the patterns in the sky and stuff.

Mm...the colors and patterns are always really lovely...

Definitely. And I heard this guy is a master of his craft too, and has been doing traditional fireworks for 20 years now.

Oh really...? Wow, that's a long time...

Master Akio, from Neighpon. He set up shop in Seaddle a while ago and now has come over here. He'll be arriving in an hour or so.

He's like, famous over in Neighpon for his fireworks.
