I'm glad to see all of you getting acquainted with my changelings; they'll be around for a long, long time, so why fight it? You won't be able to fight them off for long. My changelings will always stand back up, no matter how hard a blow you deliver. You're much better off surrendering now while you can kneel of your own volition. I might even make your death less painful if you do.

The fact that others are pushing for you to take my place and the fact that you're going with it tells me that there are no changelings in the future waiting for you. I'm sure I heard something about everyone from your future being dead, anyway...
...Now that I'm looking at you, you are very young for a queen...too young, I'd say. You don't fully understand what it's like keeping an entire population alive in a world that doesn't want you. You don't comprehend that sometimes, you have to get your hooves dirty to get what you want...
...No, that's that's not the real problem here. You have no problems with leadership itself. Your problem is you're a queen without subjects...a queen who can't have subjects. Maybe you're just not old enough...or maybe you simply can't conceive. You can say anything you'd like about my leadership abilities, but at least my changelings are my own.

Your changelings. Who you're sending off to slaughter without any second thought, just so you can get back at someponies for humiliating you? For an event that never would have happened if you didn't get greedy!
That's not leadership. That's selfishness!
