[ It's a little traumatic to go to your nice, cozy home on the outskirts of Ponyville and find it already occupied. But indeed, what Fluttershy hears upon arrival at the front door is... her own voice coming from inside.

She stays just long enough to peek in a window and see herself cleaning things up before she flees the scene.

At which point she decides that the bridge in front of her house is the safest place to take up residence until she can muster the courage to go inside and see what's going on. In the meantime, she examines the new scroll in her possession. ]

[ A video post goes out some time after her arrival. ]

Um. Excuse me. I’m sorry to bother you all… it’s just that… um…

[ She opens her mouth and tries to speak, then glances behind her, offscreen, looking towards what was until very recently her hut. If she had the courage to go talk to her double right now, she would. But alas. ]

I was just… wondering. Well, it’s not very warm right now and… well, if anypony has a blanket they could spare? Just for tonight, I promise.

Oh, this was a bad idea. Never mind. [ The video clicks off. ]

[ The pegasus might be found wandering around Ponyville in something of a daze a little later, hiding under bushes and things while she tries to figure out what's going on. But for the most part, she'll stay under the bridge until it gets too cramped. And then she'll stay a little while longer. ]

A new queen?

[ Fluttershy is suddenly really interested. If this is a new species that isn't trying to kill her... ]

If they're not sucking the, um... love out of everypony, then what are they doing?

They're feeding by less invasive methods I think. Never really bothered to check.

[Of course, that's just a guess. There's been no problems, though, so it's gotta be at least partly true.]

They've also started helping out around town. Lot of them are nice once you get to know them.

Oh, if they're not driven by an insatiable lust for emotion, I'm sure they're the sweetest things.

[ A race that previously tried to take over Equestria, no less. Fluttershy has Priorities. ]

Have you met any of them? Oh, what are they like?

[Hey, as long as she's not panicking or going on a racist outburst over the scrolls, Minato is perfectly okay with it.]

They're still getting a sense of individuality, finding out who they are and stuff. The three I'm most familiar with are the ones that decided to form a fan club around the abilities me and my friends have: Id, Ego, and Superego. They've taken an interest in psychology and philosophy, if I recall.

Oh. That makes sense.

... But those aren't, um- magical abilities, are they? Are you just really really good at getting to know other ponies?

Not really magical, no. I just have a knack for reading others.

[He won't yet mention it's something of a side effect of the fact that getting to know others is the source for his actual magical abilities.]

Oh, like with me and my animals, but with ponies! That is useful. [ She nods, impressed. ]

You like dealing with animals?

[He could tell as much from the way animals underneath the bridge acted, but he's interested in finding out more about it.]

Yes. That's my talent-- you can come visit all of us sometime, in the cottage.

[ Before remembering she's been temporarily displaced. Her face falls. ]

I guess I should go back and talk to her.

Might be a good idea. I can go with you, if you want.

[ She thinks, but slowly shakes her head. ]

Thank you. Really. But if she's me-- she can't be so bad.

Gotcha. I'm sure you'll be fine either way.

[ Fluttershy nods, then smiles a little more. ]

I'll ... go talk to her now, actually. It'd be nice to stay at my home... thanks, Minato.

I'll leave you to it, then. Been nice meeting you, Fluttershy. See you around.

[At that, he'll start continuing on, back towards the commune.]
