Second Attempt: Apples

[ The scroll shows Fluttershy in her cottage, looking incredibly embarrassed. Behind her, the room is completely filled with apples, all the way to the ceiling. ]

Um... Applejack, I picked some of your apples for you... and brought them back here. [ For some reason. And it's something of a hike from the orchard to the cottage. ]

Would somepony mind helping me move them to the barn? Even if it's only a few? I'm-- really sorry to be a bother.

[ The agitated pony looks fretfully around her cluttered cottage, trying to think of something else to say. ] Um... that's all... I ... [ and switches to private. ]


[ To Lyra and the Twilights, she adds: ] Could I... talk to you sometime? Not that it's a rush. Whenever you're free.

Okay... [ Fluttershy rubbed her forehooves together anxiously, waiting for Twilight to finish the spell. Which could see... remnants of another Twilight's magic, perhaps? ]

It looks like whatever it was, I did it, or rather the iteration of me from your Equestria. I'm not sure what would leave that kind of mark though, particularly not one this strong or long-lasting, especially since I would never use magic to harm you.

So it isn't gone. [ Her face fell. ] Don't worry, Twilight. I know you would never do something like that on purpose. But... one of your spells may have backfired a teeny bit. I thought it was gone, but... I guess that there's still a little bit left.

It was supposed to be a spell that stopped the fruit bats in Applejack's orchard from eating all of them. You cast it while I used the Stare on them and I guess it rebounded? I'm not sure how exactly it worked, but you tried your very best to fix it.

...so that little bit is either whatever's left of the spell that caused it or a little extra from the spell that reversed it...

[It had to have been reversed since she's fine now.]

... But I just spent all night picking apples, and I don't remember any of it! When I turned into a bat, I had memory loss, too, and I couldn't resist apples. You don't think they're related?
