MY FELLOW EQUESTRIANS!

Greetings, our name is Princess Luna, sister to Princess Celestia and ruler of the night. We are aware of the confusion tis will cause, but we can assure ye thy tis no jest. A creature of nightmare no longer, but instead a stranger of these lands much like thou. Together we may find a way back home, but in thy meantime, we only desire your love and admiration!

We assure ye that thou will have our protection in the night as your princess.

One usually has a reason for love and admiration. Why should they have such for you?

It is indeed wonderful if a people love and admire their ruler.

But a ruler must have reason for that love and admiration beyond being a ruler. It should be actions that cause their people to love and admire them, not their position.

GAH! [Someone was sleeping when his scroll went off. Handy's been feeling much better a week on from the Gala and the onset of his illness, but it's been impossible to resist the urge to drop off for a nap in the middle of the day.]

(Ah, so this is Celestia's little sister. Chrysalis was expecting...something a bit more from her appearance, but she decided to not let that bother her; outsider or not, this was a Luna and that's what mattered most.

She'll just be rocking her disguise in the meantime...even though she can't really hide the sudden pain in her ears. Ow...)

Desire is such a strong word, princess...do you really feel so unloved and loathed?

We were Nightmare Moon for a time. If anything, we art merely trying to... make friends with other ponies.

There's an old saying about receiving as much as you give...a saying about your results being based on your efforts. It takes great strength to admit your faults and try to make up for them, but you're Princess Luna: one of the strongest ponies in Equestria.
