[The video starts up in Tails' apartment. Tails appears to be in a lot better shape than he has been. In fact, from the look on his face, he looks rather excited.]

Sorry about that last message. I wasn't well but I'm better now.

Anyway, I've been trying to figure out how unicorn magic works for a while now and I finally seem to be getting closer with this.

[He holds up what appeared to be metal that was in a cone-like shape, like a unicorn horn. On top of it was a round jewel on top of it.]

This is a fake unicorn horn. I'll likely come up with a fancier name than that later. It uses a special gem with magic properties, and can produce a form of electricity that's closer to unicorn magic than regular electricity as well as act as a simpler form of the same levitation unicorns use everyday. I'll show you.

[He puts on the fake horn and secures it. He moves the scroll to the right than shows several objects on the floor like tools, apples, quills, etc. Tails adjusts the scroll more so that others can see both him and the objects.

Once he's ready, he gets into position and concentrates on the objects before him. The round jewel on top starts to glow red and red colored electricity-like energy shoots out from it. It heads towards some of the tools and they start flowing into the air.

He looks up and makes the tools move around in the air, even spin. He makes some quills and a couple apples float as well. He then moves the quills into a cup that was sitting on a chair and the apples on a table. As for the tools, he places them onto another chair.

Once that was done, the jewel stops glowing.]

To be clear, this is still a prototype and may change in the future. However, there are a couple drawbacks. For one, the horn cannot do more complex spells than levitation. I mainly designed this with in mind that this could be used to help those that don't have hands or claws and can't do magic be able to live easier and won't need to use your mouth to hold stuff anymore.

It's also not recommended to use this on anything living. Let's just say I found this can be also used as a bug zapper.

[He accidentally killed a beetle with it when he was testing out how safe it was to use on living things like bugs or animals.]

That's about it from me.

[The feed then ends.]

That's... not a bad idea, actually! Wish I'd thought of it.

I'd figure so! I'm just startin' to dabble in all this magical stuff, but I can tell that this would've been a toughie..

So what're you planning to do with it, once it's done? Give 'em away or something?

Does it have to be attuned to a specific pony? Where'd you get the gem?

And when do you expect to make more?

You know, you don't have to build it alone. And another pair of eyes could spot something you've missed. [Most innocent of looks. Hand over your darling, Tails...but he wants you to be the one who suggests it.]

Or before you get stuck. Anytime, really. Did I mention I've got a sonic screwdriver?

Glad to have you back, Tails.

And glad I could help.

Really did a number on your head, didn't it? Those were not two-bit ghosts of the past.

Hmmn. I never got the hand of wandmaking before I was called here, or I could be of more help to you.

Are you saying that this uses no magical energies at all, just electrical currents? That is... beyond any art of my world, simply to start. Well done.
