15th Lance ↟ | In his memory [Visual/Action]
Visual:
[There's another scroll visual on this day, fairly early actually, but this is certainly intentional on Nephenee's part, if the fact that she's clearly holding it is any indication. For a few moments, she doesn't actually say anything, seeming unsure of what to say as she looks away. And really, it's not like it's an easy topic to speak of, not after the past year -time traveled or not- on her end. When she does speak, it's not her usual happy, or even anxious, tone, and she doesn't make eye contact with the magic paper.]
...[Bloody heck, how does she even start this?]
...Um...so Ah heard today's Father's Day here an' in a few other worlds. Ah...don't want to get everypony's spirits down, but...Ah...realized there are some folks like myself that have lost a parent, or both, an'...after...relivin' losin' mine while Ah was away, Ah wanted to do somethin' for those who've lost theirs.
[That doesn't sound good. She quickly turns the scroll to show the area behind where she's standing, a large willow with painted wooden displays around it, each different colors -sky blue, earth tones, and the largest is burgundy-, each with items inside. A few might recognize them as the memorials from February, and the items are exactly as they had been then, if a few added. Preservation magic is rather useful like that. There's also a small pile of wood and paint nearby.]
These are memorials for folks that have passed on...the burgundy one is for anypony to leave items at, an' Ah wanted to remind folks it's here, if they wanted to make use of it. Or, if ya want, Ah can help make small memorials to hang from the branches.
Ah'll be here for a few hours to do rites an' such...
[Even with her out of view, her voice is strained enough that it's fairly easy to know she's holding onto calm with a slipping grip, so she decides to quickly finish.]
So...come down if ya need anythin', or lemme know if ya can't make it but wanna do somethin'...or even if ya need a shoulder.
...Thank ya for your time.
Action:
[As much as she really didn't want to, Nephenee canceled most of her normal engagements today, with few exceptions. She'd made plans to be with Crmsn later, but...she needed to do a lot before they got together later. So, for any she knows that have lost a parental figure, or worse, both of them, the Sentinel is giving flawless white roses, one for each member passed on. And as awkward as it can be, she delivers them all herself. They deserve that much. If anyone wants them, hugs are delivered as well.
For those who come to the willow tree on the hill for rites, or out of morbid curiosity, she's easily caught unaware, deeply engrossed in personal rites in front of the sky blue memorial with clouds on it and a dozen white roses before her, or perhaps talking seemingly to the sky or the tree. Incense giving off a odor strongly reminiscent of fields -and for those who know the scent, rowan berries- goes up from a small pit nearby a stand with a full bouquet of more white roses, just in case others wanted to leave something.]
[OOC: Known CR with at least one parental figure passed to get flowers include: Bertie, Mae, Dante, Vergil, Female!Dante (she assumes), Utchy, Morgan, Yayoi, Minato, Don, Josh. Please let me know via plurk or PM if I've missed someone you think she'd know.]

[So Minato's been chilling in his room at the commune over the weekend, taking it easy for once, especially after the events on the train. He assumed that everypony else would be busy, so he's surprised when he gets a knock at the door.]
It's open. Come in.
[Action]
H-hey, Sir Minato. How are ya feelin'?
[Action]
Oh, hey Neph. Thought you were gonna be busy today. Something up?
[Action]
The silence that followed was filled with reflection. He knew he was going to spend the day working -- doing all he could to make his father proud and carry on his legacy -- but the thought of some sort of reverence struck him as a good idea too.
For the most part, Vergil could put his more depressing feelings about Sparda aside in favor of remembering the person that had helped to mold him into someone that was strong and confident. Besides, Sparda had only disappeared -- despite his lack of contact, the fact that he could still be alive somewhere made the elder of the twins a bit more at ease about the whole situation.
Of course, there were conflicting emotions that surrounded that thought, too, but he'd long since reconciled them. At least temporarily.
It didn't take much longer for his roses to be delivered -- and he was shocked to find two.
The second rose reminded him all too starkly of the reality of Eva's death -- a vivid, horrible recollection that had haunted him for many of his most formative years.
Still, he'd thanked Nephenee and allowed her to return to her task.
It was only about an hour or two later that Vergil found himself at the tree on the hill. Part of him was there to pay tribute to his parents, but the other part of him wanted to make the whole thing a little easier on those involved. Since he was notorious for being unmovable (at least in front of people that weren't his brother or his sister), he would offer whatever he could. Especially since Nephenee had helped him when he was struggling, and he never leaves a debt unpaid.
He waits for her to reach a pause in her rites before he taps gently against the stand that the roses are resting on.]
Sorry to intrude. Is this where I'm supposed to come to make a memorial?
[He asks, his voice quiet enough to not be jarring to someone in the throes of deep concentration. The roses he'd been given earlier are back at his cave -- he's keeping them for his own memorial later in the evening, so he's very glad to see the bouquet laying there.]
[private][text][Dante"s scroll]
[His text is almost as drunk as he seemingly is.]
not suurewhen ill be making sn appearance loooong night

[Visual]
Do you need a shoulder?
[Visual]
Ah...could probably use one, yeah...
[visual]
A memorial sounds wonderful. Thank you, Nephenee. I'll definitely come down to pay my respects.
action
Uh...hey there, Nephenee. I know I'm new 'round here and all, but I wanted to know if there was anything I could do to lend a hoof here.
[action]
And no, she didn't give two flanks that she doesn't fit either of those categories.]
Hey there. Need some help?
[Visual]
...What about those who never even knew their parents?
Action. (As I mentioned on Plurk...)
Would probably make things easier. Who he WAS died on Bliss Day, anyway.
[Action]
She'll approach Nephenee, taking in the atmosphere.]
You've outdone yourself.
[Visual]
Father's day? Father's must be really important if they get a whole day just for them.
[Action]
But finally, Cirno does make it up and sits, listening and watching. She didn't understand fathers or mothers or parents really. She was starting to understand family as ti was so for now, she's sit and watch.]
