23 Pizzas [action]
[He'd been working and working, and finally, work was paying off. And - given the time and current circumstances - now was a better time than ever to implement what he'd started. The generator and he and Pollo'd worked on was ready to handle it, or as ready as it would be. There were still things he could do - that fun expedition into Diamond Dog territory needed to be done for future upgrades and fixes - but for now?
Nearly every off-wordler - and those native ponies he knew to be trustworthy - will now find a box-like object in their mailboxes or on their doorsteps. Those who already had them will find a slightly-improved version of their previous objects on their doorsteps. And, as with the prior one, a test image flashed on the screen before any other function was opened. There were also instructions on how to access the various communication functions, as well as filters.
They can't replace the scrolls. Don knows that. It would be too suspicious.
But here was to hoping they all worked properly to start.]

[He put his utensils down.]
What's up? Is the communicator working fine?
[visual]
[She can't help turning the device over again, getting another look at it (sorry about the moving shot).]
So you're the one who left this?

But he's a tinkerer at heart, so the first thing he really does is take it to his lab for a dissection. After a few hours he thinks he understands it and knows it's safe, so he spends another hour pulling it all back together. Then and only then does he activate it, almost sure he's hit the creator's number.]
Is this your work?
[audio]
How's it working?
