Two Marks [Visual]
[One big fluffy dog lies in front of his scroll, his big dog eyes appearing a tad lost, like they're searching for something.]
It is good to see the people of this world returning to themselves. I know losing control is not a good thing to live through...
[He shifts, letting his head rest on one paw.]
I am sorry I was not as much help as I could have been...I honestly do not remember where I have been...it does not matter.
[The diamond dog didn't come here just to make small talk anyhow.]
But I must be true...I did not call only for this. I have a question...how does one forget? How does one forget someone you know you cannot see?
I don't know the answer myself. Maybe someone knows it...

[Visual]
I do not know...I don't want to forget them entirely, just one version of them. Does it make sense?
[Visual]
[The only dogs she's ever punched are Beowolves and they don't count. She'd be hard-pressed to hit a sweet dog like this one unless it was obviously being a threat.]
That makes a little sense, but I still think you'd be making a mistake. What's different about this version that you'd want to forget 'em?
[Visual]
Hmm...they...we were close. Close in a way that was different than we were back on our world. But once he left, he would forget. I forgot...until I came here.
[Visual]
Also, wow, that's pretty rough.]
Don't you think he'd remember if he came here too though?
[Visual]
I am not that fortunate.
[Visual]
[Other than bad luck. Come to think of it, it might actually be more fortunate that this person's not here. The fewer people Calice gets her hands, or hooves, on the better probably.
But that's pretty pessimistic thinking. The more people Calice gets her hooves on the more there'll be to kick her to the curb when the time comes; yeah that's much better.]
So you never know, you know?
[Helpful.]
[Visual]
My problem lies in Calice. I must see her, understand how she does it.
[Uh at least he's gotten off the depressed track.]
[Visual]
...Wait, puppy no.]
Uh, look, I am all for finding Calice and stuff, but I'm pretty sure there's nothing you'd actually want to learn from her.
[Or should. Except how not to learn maybe.]
[Visual]
[Visual]
Okay maybe not, but...]
Because she's kinda obviously power-mad and makes a habit out of imprisoning other living creatures and treating them like her personal playthings.
Does that sound like someone you'd want to learn anything from?
[Visual]
Even if I must do it on my own.
[Visual]
[And probably shouldn't.]
..What's your name, by the way?
[Visual]
Leatherhead.
[Visual]
Well, Leatherhead, I'm Yang. And you can count me in on that fight.
[And then her expression softens to a smile.]
So who's this person that's so important you're ready to lay siege on Calice all by yourself or take a punch to the head to try to forget 'em?
[Because maybe talking about them more will help.]
