Afternoon of the 7th [Visual]

[Feena's day started like any other day. She woke up (though she didn't remember sleeping on the couch), made breakfast, made some tea, and just did her share of chores. It's not until early afternoon after she finishes her chores that she decides to go outside. She grabs today's newspaper and sits down at her kitchen table to drink another cup of tea. She was reading up on the current events, when her eyes just briefly glanced over at the date. She does a double-take, and she nearly chokes on her tea.

February 7th? No, it's February 3rd, not February 7th. What on earth is going on here?

Feena decides to consult those on the scrolls, holding up her calendar and smirking.]

Either this is just an innocent misprint, or an innocuous prank. Did this happen to anyone else?

[Feena answers, and she looks incredibly worried. Apparently what Yayoi had said before had the other girl thinking. Still, she gives the other girl a hug.]

Hey, it's good to see you again. Haven't seen you since Pinkie's party.

[Feena moves out of the way to let Yayoi in.]

Yeah, sorry for not coming by. I got busy and things happened. Here's your cupcake by the way.

[And she handed Feena a cupcake after coming inside.]

It's fine, I understand. We all get busy once in a while. Oh, thank you.

[Feena takes the cupcake and goes to sit on the couch. She's not even really that crazy for sweets, but...

The mare just sits with the cupcake in her hooves, staring at it with such intensity, as if it were a foe. In typical 'Feena-is-in-super-deep-thought' fashion, her brows are firmly knit together.]

Is something wrong? [She has that brow thing going after all.]

[She suddenly looks up at the other mare.]

What you said before... there are times when people suddenly just return home? [Feena didn't believe Yayoi's words at first and thought the girl had just been pulling her leg. And part of her still thinks someone had just played a prank on her, and that Yayoi's in on it. But she had no proof.]

Well I dunno if it's the same here, but in my world there was a system known as losing access, where we would lose contact with our friends over the community. Some places termed it as Being Sent Home.

I'm not too sure if it's the same here.

But if I were sent home, don't you'd think I'd remember it? When your friends were sent home, did they remember anything if they came back?

Eh... 50/50. Some people forgot entirely they were here before. Others remember everything.

Oh... I see. Well, I can't remember anything beyond February 3rd, so... apparently I disappeared then. Though, that's obviously been established already.

[Well, now it's a bit more believable in her mind, hearing that it's happened before to others. And Yayoi seems serious. Still, it's worrisome. Would she disappear again? If she did return home, it bothered her so much that she couldn't remember it. Feena's never lost her memory before, so this was scaring her more than she would admit. Despite her worries, Feena smiles a bit at Yayoi before taking a small bite out of her cupcake.]

So. Did you miss me?

Must have been. I swung by the day later and didn't find you after all. It's been just under a week since then.

[Nibbling at her food, Yayoi nodded.] Yeah I did. I wanted to introduce you to a friend of mine. She'd like to meet you I'd think.

Oh? Who is that?

She's another Twilight, a new one. Between us she's known as Lyrica. She's got powers of a old friend of mine, so she comes from a different world than most of these newcomers do.

She's really smart and fun, and she's teaching me all sorts of things.

Oh, yeah! The new Twilight! I've seen her on the scrolls. I feel kind of rude for not greeting her when she first arrived.

I'd love to meet her.

[pikapikapikarin]

We can go together then. I'm sure there's something we could do together. She's got this really neat training sim too.

[freeasthewind]

[You had Feena at 'training'. She's been so long without battle, and she fears she might be getting rusty.]

I would love a good training session. Hey, do you think she would go on the Everfree trip with us?

[pikapikapikarin]

I think she could. I'll ask her next time I see her! And the weather is going to improve next week after all.

[freeasthewind]

Yeah, I was thinking maybe in the next week or two would be a good time to head out. After Hearts Warming. I'll ask others before then if they want to tag along.

[pikapikapikarin]

Yeah, that should be enough time to warm up after all. And there shouldn't be anything preventing us from going somewhere too.

I hope not, I hope this trip goes smoothly. I really can't wait to go. I haven't really been doing much of anything since I've got here.

You and me both. But I've been training with Twilight.

[freeasthewind]

Good. It's nice to make sure you're ready for a fight, if we ever come across one.

[pikapikapikarin]

I think you'll be nice and surprised when I show you what I can do too.

Oh? I think I'll surprise you as well.

[Wings may or may not be involved.]

Sounds fun. We'll have a good time then.

[Feena just merely nods, cupcake already gone. The emerald-haired mare stares at Yayoi intensely, in deep thought once again. And then suddenly smiles as she comes to a conclusion. She gets off the couch.]

You know what? How about we show each other now what we can do?
