Why did I wind up in a barrel again?

[There's a small green-clad child climbing out of a barrel, soaked in water. He takes his hat off and with a practiced flick of it, removes the water from the long hat.] I should really find something else to wear, Grandma did a good job with it but outfit's getting threadbare.

[Looking up into the sky, he shielded his eyes.] Land everywhere, new sky, this isn't the Great Ocean or New Hyrule... if we even find one that is.

[He pokes at the fallen scroll.] Hey, listen! I'm Link, and I need to know the directions to the nearest dock. I'm sure Tetra's waiting for me to get my sorry behind there.

Uh yeah, and hmm... if you have side quests I can do, please lemme know? I don't have my wallet of rupees, it must have fallen out when I landed in a barrel.

WAAAAAAAAAAH!

[And there he goes, spiraling into the air and coming headlong into a bucket. His legs kicked for a moment before he pulled his head free.] Oh c'mon, stop wrecking the place GannonBUTT.

[He's got nothing. He knows he's outclassed without his sword he LEFT IN THE ONE PLACE HE FIGURED IT WOULDN'T BE REMOVED.]

[He begins chanting in response, surrounding Link in darkness. And he's getting closer, sword in hoof.]

[catapulted]

Wait wait, hold on, lemme talk this through first!

[Despite himself, he's boosting himself onto the nearby roof and pulling out his bow.] I have the high ground by the way!

[And he fires a light arrow at Gannondorf's feet.]

[ACK! Light arrow bad! Must dodge!]

BRAT! You should be careful of announcing your presence!

[And he hits the ground, causing a tremor with his magically-infused hooves.]

[catapulted]

Whoa! If I was worried about that, I wouldn't exclaim this!

[And a bucket he had shot with the second non-enchanted arrow, it plummeted towards the still-ponified Gannondorf's head.]

Bucket!

[warhorseofpower]

[Reacting quickly, he'll bat it back with the broad side of his sword.]

Then it is this game again...

[TENNIS!]

[catapulted]

[Pulling out his hero sword he batted it back at him.] Seems like it. Lets leave out the death balls this time, will ya?

[warhorseofpower]

Hmph. Where would be the sport in that?

[And right back, this time harder, leaving a large dent in it.]

[catapulted]

[FORE! And he smacks it back at Gannondorf.] I dunno. Maybe it evens the odds with kids who don't have magic swords!

[warhorseofpower]

Oh like you've never had magical advantages. Turning into wolves, for example.

[WHACK!]

[catapulted]

I can't turn into anything! Except a spinning tornado of wind and that doesn't count!

[Smack]

Of course not. I'd realize if you WERE the Hero of Twilight. But, then, ALL of you are the same!

[CRACK!]

Hey, there's only one of me!

Who is this Twilight guy anyhow!

[And with a ferocious baseball bat swing, he smacked it back at Gannondorf.]

The Hero of Time, The Hero of Twilight, The Hero of Men, The Hero of Legend, The Hero of The Four Sword. There's no difference between ANY of you! Every one of you is an annoyance!

[As he bashes it back, there is a shade of Ganon forming from his back.]

And there's no mention of the Hero of the Winds? I GOT RIPPED OFF!

[WHAM. He smacks it right at Gannondorf's face this time to snap him out of Ganon mode. Do not want.]

I've not heard of any such Hero.

[Sorry, coming right back, but at a much higher arc, as he had to slash up to deflect it.]

[catapulted]

[Seething, not just from annoyance but he was getting tired, Link whipped out the Wind Waker. Have some tornado! And bucket!]

Well you're looking at him!

[warhorseofpower]

[He'll be distracted by the tornado, pushing him back a bit, but now there's two pieces of bucket now flying back at Link.]

Then let's see your mettle, Hero of the Winds!

[catapulted]

[Drawing his shield, he blocked the first, bisected the other with the Hero Sword and he spun his weapon around before concentrating magic power into his sword.

He hadn't done this before, but he fired a bolt which knocked him on his rear.]

[He'll take the surprise shot to the face, leaving a nasty-looking slash.]

Good. But not good enough!

[Wizard punch to the house Link's on. And now it's crumbling.]

[catapulted]

OH COME ON! [Tapping A, he bounced to several falling pieces and leaped on Gannondorf's back to bonk him on the head with his shield.]

You really ARE just a child, aren't you?

[And he tries to buck him off.]

[catapulted]

Yeah well you kidnapped my sister so we're even!

[He holds on like a champ, bonking him repeatedly on the head with his shield.]

I still have no idea WHAT you're talking about!

[And he sends magic through his body like electricity.]

[catapulted]

OWOWOW! [And he falls back. Beep beep beep. Swatting at the beeping hearts, he smashed a pot. Oh a heart.]

[Recharging again, he threw a boomerang.]
