Eight Cupcakes: She Who Must Not Be Named

I'm big again! [Confetti flies from the sides of the scroll, to the sound of air horns.]

Yeeeeeah, being a filly's cool and all, but I like being this age WAY better! I've got my cutie mark, and I can throw parties whenever I want, and I actually remember who all of you are!

Anyway, y'know how I kinda-sorta brought Nemo back to life a little while ago? I was thinking about what he said, with the Pale Pony having all kinds of different names and stuff, and I had an idea! We should give her a new name! 'Cause she sounds like a really really biiiiiiig meaniehead, and Pale Pony's a really really cool name! And sorta scary! So if we give her a different name and make it a funny one, we can all just laugh at her instead and she won't be cool anymore!

So, does anyone have any ideas? I'll start! How abouuuuuuut...Gypsum A la Nastier? Chalk Bottom? Salt Peter?

[He reaches back into his pocket and pulls out a necklace, made of silver chain and with an anchor-shaped pendant. The chain wraps around a very small ruby heart.]

This and the crown were in my things. They aren't mine. The knife, my coat and the rat bars were. These, not so much.

[Crap. She's already on her way. Surprise just sits at her booth for a minute more before trying to turn and walk away in the hopes that she can leave before Pinkie spots her as if Pinkie probably isn't on top of her already]

[Surprise yelps and skitters back on her hooves a little bit as Pinkie pops up in front of her. She has no clue how the pink pony manages to do things like that, but it's alarming.

She's taken aback, but not entirely by how unforeseen Pinkie's sudden appearance was. Well, maybe not entirely unforeseen, but surprising would be the best word. But what really surprised her was the fact that someone actually noticed and cared she had been gone.]

I. Um....statue pony? I don't really think I was a statue, man. I remember being back home.

Not just dead ponies. Nemo said that Miss Disciple and all the other people who ever came here and then disappeared again were with him too. They don't know where EXACTLY they are, but they're somewhere! And Chalky McRainbow's got them. [Clearly the obfuscating nicknames begin now.]

'Bout a month. Don was looking for you, you should probably go see him. But at least you got to miss Nightmare Night!

[It's nothing to do with Surprise not liking the holiday. It genuinely wasn't all that fun this year.]

Did something happen on Nightmare Night?

Nightmare Moon came back! But just for a little bit, and then Rainbow Dash beat her up. She kiiiiiinda made these bad shadow things that ate people all night though, and that wasn't very fun.

[Okay, that kind of causes Surprise to jump back a bit more in shock. Her breathing noticeably increases a bit at even the mention of Nightmare Moon.]

Is...is she still here then? I mean...how many got eaten?! Like...Like how many dead?!?

[sailorlaughter]

What? No one's dead! I mean, she doesn't REALLY eat people, that's just an old mare's tale! And all the people that got taken by the shadows came back once she'd gone.

I thought she used Owl Eyes on Nightmare Moon, then Nightmare Moon did some kinda other Nightmare Moon thingy on Twilight?
