So, I just wanted to tell you all about this REALLY GREAT idea I had! It's called the Special Somepony Summit! You all know about Hearts and Hooves Day, right? It's pretty much like Valentine's Day, except here and for ponies! And now for YOU!

Anyway, the Special Somepony Summit is gonna be like the Sisterhooves Social, only for couples! You show up and you're on a team, and you play games with other teams to win a trophy! And don't worry, you can just show up with a friend if you're single! I would TOTALLY do it with one of my friends, but I'm gonna be judging since I set it all up!

Ooooh, ooooh, also! We're gonna try to debut some new love-flavored treats for the holidays! Me and my intern Stacy -

[A changeling leans in from offscreen.] Actually...I kinda changed my mind about the name. I wanna be Black Thunder now!

Oh! Well, me and Black Thunder have been experimenting, and we're TOTALLY close to getting the right taste down! I mean, I guess it's not really a taste taste...but it's close, right?

Oh, totally! Hey...do you think Black Thunder's really me?

Ooh oooh, I've got something interesting planned for this Hearts and Hooves Day too! I've already visited the Mayor for the town's plumbing layout already.

And I got the tools too, and I've secured about 5000 pounds of chocolate being flown in from Baltimare too. This is going to be GOOD.

[Yeah he's trying pretty hard not to swear right now (even though he wouldn't be able to anyway) as bad memories of the last two Valentines' Days start coming up in his head. He was hoping Valentines' day didn't exist here like Thanksgiving doesn't, but he really should have known better.

He may still comment for real, but for now silence.

It's a shelter where the whole town gathers inside, maybe makes some hot chocolate, and cowers in the fear of senseless destruction of everything they love. Chalky pastel hearts rain on the unlucky, doomed stragglers on the outside, while those who receive Valentine's cards die instantly--but painfully--in a swirling vortex of glitter and colored paper.

So, basically like a Street Cleaning bunker, but, you know, more romantic.

Happy, I mean! [He clarifies quickly, recalling Harvey's comment about how that word has changed meanings. Rollicking 'happy' orgy just doesn't have the same ring to it, though.]

I know what you mean! [Pinkie knows about all the words that could potentially mean "happy", or variations thereof.] And that'd be great! Maybe we could get Spike to play! Have you heard him? He's great!

[Sorry Bertie, but someone here's giggling over the scrolls. She knows what you meant, given the context of Pinkie's original post and remembering some of the history lessons she's had in college that went over what "orgy" used to mean, but still. This is priceless.]

I'd come, but [snrk] it sounds like any "gay orgy" you'd play for would be kind of a sausagefest.

Bertie, it seems awfully rude to impose that sort of thing on Pinkie, especially since her party didn't seem like it was going to be an orgy in the first place.

That said, there's nothing preventing you from holding your own, if you're so inclined! Unfortunately, I don't think I can participate in good conscience--I mean, I have a boyfriend, and he's not here to come with me. [He is not cheating on Carlos, no.]

I could still help with the logistics, of course, especially since it sounds like this is your first? Nothing too involved. Help you stock enough fresh water and pillows, and condoms, and rotary saws, and rope, and rubber ducks, and spontaneously-combusting lubricants. You know. All the essentials.
