1st Run [visual]: Money equals food for a hungry pony
[Wally appears smiling at his viewers. His hair has been tidied up a little more than it usually is.]
Hey everypony-er everyone. If you don't know me already I'm Wally. I'm another one of the humans brought here from another world.
Would any of you happen to know a place hiring workers or need to hire someone to help you out? I'm in need of a job so I can make more bits. Gotta be able to pay for food.
Mr. and Mrs. Cake were nice enough to let me run some errands for them in exchange for a few meals. -Sugar Cube corner has amazing baked goods by the way. You should go there for a meal if you haven't already.- But there aren't enough orders for sweets across town for them to need delivery constantly and their employee Pinkie Pie takes care of that half of the time any way. Sooo... Yeah. I'm looking for a job.
I've written up a little resume. Take a look.

-goodpony people skills

[As usual his secret identity keeps him from adding a few more specialty skills and understating his speed.]

A fast runner, huh? Oh I bet you are, dude.
Re: [Visual]
Yeah... Do I need to prove it? I can if I need to. Got a job for me by any chance Dude?
[Visual]
But I'm pretty sure you won't have a tough time finding a job here.

[Yes he said rump, not flank. It's the proper term for a horse's butt, darn it!]

[Her grin as she says this last sentence is just a little wider than it should be.]
Re: [Visual]
I'm not educated in medicine- only first aid sort of stuff- so I don't know how helpful I'd be to you. I mean, if you need another pair of hooves or someone to run out and do errands for you I could handle that.
Not sure if I need an exam. Aside from being a tye dye horse I don't feel sick.
Re: [Visual]
Ooh, you seem to have mistaken my intentions. Zis is not to see if you're sick--I just vant an asletic specimen to study so I can learn about pony physiology! I've managed to study Unicorns by examining myself, but I haven't gotten to look at a pegasus yet.
Re: [Visual]
[What's the harm? Right???]
[visual]
[visual]
I dunno would you say this place is less technological or that they just do the same things differently? Hm.
[He ponders it a moment.]
No computers. They're short there.

Re: [visual]
[Wally doesn't catch on to Pollo's hint of sadness yet.]
Do you know anything about trains? They have those.
[visual]
I used to work in a factory there, mostly because I thought it was rather irresponsible to make humans work that close to molten metal...but they don't appear to have those here, and even if they did I would likely set my fur on fire.
[visual]
Another moment of thought, he realizes something. Wally feels very awkward making this suggestion, science being his preference, but why not say something?]
You know you might still be compatible with technology here. They use magic for a lot of stuff- you're a unicorn. That means you can do the magic thing too doesn't it?
[visual]
[His horn glows a vibrant red as he demonstrates, a quill floating into frame.]
Using it...it's difficult to explain, but reaching out for it feels somewhat like what connecting to a network did. Or maybe it's closer to downloading...
