And when morning comes, everypony will notice that there is an unusual concentration of royal couriers come the crack of dawn, if they are up early. Posting scrolling posters up on any bulletin board, building side and even the side of the occasional pony. But cut them some slack; its early. And as soon as the couriers have come, they are finished with their work and gone. And just in case the newponies don't catch the numerous posters, it also appears on their scrolls several minutes later.

Well, whatever the announcement is on these scrolls, it must be important, right? Let's have a look!]
