Well, in lieu of the upcoming event, which is Nightmare night. I’m offering free costumes to all the foreign ponies. Anything your heart desires, just as long as it’s doable and not dangerous to society, I’ll make it.
So we all know the drill right? Come to my boutique, tell me what you wish and I will grant them for you. I want everyone to have a good time this Nightmare night so everyone gets a costume.

EXCEPT BERTIE AND ZETTA.

Didn't think I'd arrived so close to a major holiday. I'm afraid I'm fresh out of ideas for a costume.

[Handy has mixed feelings, that's for certain. Poor Bertie, being left out -- he doesn't know the full story, and the fact that he doesn't know Fluttershy personally probably adds to his tendency to think Bertie doesn't deserve all he's been going through.

While I fully appreciate that what I did to Ms. Fluttershy was horrid, I would ask you to reconsider counting me in the same group as an evil overlord bent on the takeover and destruction of your world. That's just a bit harsh. Apart from that I am trying to patch things up with Ms. Fluttershy and wish you the very best in your costuming endeavors.

To be fair, Bertie broke Fluttershy's heart after she trusted him with it. Forgiving him won't exactly be easy.

Yeah, I could use a hoof on my costume. Should be pretty simple at least. Just a white dress suit and if you have a bowler hat lying around I could use it. Those are surprisingly hard to find.

[Two things are immediately apparent about the pony. 1) Her accent's fairly southern, but not as thick as Applejack's. And 2)...her hair is scorched in places. Specifically the end of her mane, but also some spots between the middle and the end as well. Someone got burnt, it seems...]
